Akaza deemed himself immune to beheading

-With Zenitsu-
After putting Nezuko inside the box, he went to the battlefield but saw a knocked-out Inosuke and Kyojuro. Zenitsu tended to both Kyojuro and Inosuke but they were out cold. Zenitsu heard a loud boom from within the forest and shrieked. He ordered the Kakushi to help with the wreckage and the two. A fierce battle rages as Zenitsu waited for any Kakushi to arrive.

-With a Battling Tanjiro-
Tanjiro and Akaza clashed as Akaza said, "You can no longer beat me, Tanjiro. I am now immune to your slashed Tanjiro. What will you do now? How will you defeat me?" Tanjiro said to himself, "I need to think of a way to defeat him before I run out of strength." Just then, Akaza struck the air. Tanjiro was confused but Akaza said, "You're really getting on my nerves now. I'll kill your right here, right now." Tanjiro just kept quiet. Akaza slammed his fist into the ground while Tanjiro dodges and attempts to kick him. They exchanged blows while the Kakushi finally show up. Tanjiro lifted his legs and kicked him down. He kicked him far away while he started to charge his energy while he has time. Akaza shows up after Tanjiro gains enough energy and closed up his wounds using Total Concentration Breathing. But Akaza stopped as if his hand was being grabbed. Tanjiro even got more confused as he watched what happened next.

*Spoilers start now*
-In Akaza's mind-
A female said, "Let go. Let go." Akaza asked, "Who are you?" The girl started crying and said, "Just stop already." Akaza said, "I can't I have to kill this boy." They begin to converse with Akaza beginning, "I have to become stronger. I will kill anyone who gets in my way." "But why? Why do you want to become stronger?" "Because if I don't, I won't be able to bring it back. The medicine for dad. If I don't become stronger, I can't run away with the wallet I stole. If I don't become stronger, I won't beat the people who came back for revenge. If I don't become stronger, I'll be taken to the magistrate and beaten."

-Akaza's Memory-
A man sat atop a deck and said, "That's three pickpocket tattoo lines now. Next time, I'll cut off your wrists." Akaza, who was beaten, laughed maniacally, "Go ahead and cut them off then! You cut them off, I'll still have my feet! And I'll pickpocket with those, either way, you're not getting me next time!" The man said, "One crime after another at the mere age of Eleven. Akaza visited his father's grave site while remembering a letter his father wrote.

"Dear Hakuji. Live an honest life. You can still turn over a new leaf. I don't want to live off the money that was stolen from others. I'm sorry for being a nuisance. -Father"

"How could you make peace with living like poor people? Tou-san? This world can just f*ck right off. All you people can f*ck right off. Why do we live like total sh*t? Why did tou-san have to die? He wasn't a bother to me. Why did he apologize? My dad never did anything worn. It didn't hurt to receive that punishment for stealing. They may whip me and break my bones, but I can endure anything for you, tou-san. Even if it lasts hundreds of year's."

The man whipped Akaza and said, "Repent!! And find a damn job!"

"Shut it. And zip it, sh*tbag. I don't have the money. Medicine's expensive. Tou-san was slowly getting worse. The battered bones in his back were weakening. I wanted to feed you more. You were definitely gonna get better. Why did you hang yourself? I would die for you, tou-san. For you!!"

Akaza pants after beating the crap out of seven people. A man said, "Oh, man. That's impressive. I got called over because some kid was about to kill everyone. And I find seven adults beaten with bare fists. You've got good muscles. You're winning against adults without a weapon. Must feel pretty good."

"Who is this? What am I looking at? Are these my memories?"

The man asked, "Wanna come to my dojo? I got no students under me." Hakuji screams, "Shut it, you old fart! I'll kill you!" The man says, "Your tattoos say you're an edo criminal. So you were banished from edo? That's why you can here?" Hakuji says, "What of it!? You got nothing to do with it!" The man says, "Yep! But first, come at me, reformed boy!" Hakuji lunged at the man and said, "Eat sh*t, you old fart!" Hakuji was knocked out seconds after charging at the man.

-Time Skip-
The man says, "Maaaaan, you sure are strong. Despite that huge beating, it only took you an hour to wake up. I'm Keizo. I run a martial arts dojo that teaches bare-fisted fighting style called 'Soryuu'. I don't have a single student. I make my daily wages by simply doing some handyman work. So what I want you to do first is nurse my sick daughter. I have to work, so I want to leave it to you. My wife drowned herself from the fatigue of nursing her. It's a tough job. Seriously, I was a bother to both my wife and daughter for being weak." Hakuji says, "And you don't mind leaving your only daughter with me, a criminal?" Keizo, with a smile, said, "Well, criminal-san, I best the crap out of you a few hours ago, so it's all good!" Akaza then realized the striking similarities between him and Tanjiro.

"He's just like him. I see. I see why I never liked you. It was because you kept making me remember my boring and lame past."

Keizo opened the door and greeted Hakuji to his daughter, "My daughter, Koyuki."

"The worthless past."

The daughter, Koyuki sat there while coughing in her hands.

"Worthle-"

Hakuji began to remember his father from seeing the sick daughter. Keizo walked up to Koyuki and said, "Hey, you look better than the morning. Are you feeling better now? This guy isn't telling me his name, so yeah. Get him to spill it before I get back." Keizo left while the two sat in silence. Koyuki said, "Uhh, Y... Your face is hurt... Are you okay?

"I will cure you for sure. Help you. Protect. My life was worthless, filled with nothing but empty promises."

To clear things up, Tanjiro did not go SSJ. Think of this power up as the False SSJ form.
