Tengen took a swing at Gyutaro in hopes it beheads him.

-With Zenitsu and Inosuke's battle-
Both struggle with their battle with Daki as they dodge and strike most of the belts. Daki had a good laugh as she sent another wave of belts. Inosuke dodged most of them and angrily said aloud, "Dammit! These things are flapping around like crazy! So annoying!" Three were about to hit Zenitsu in midair but Inosuke clashed with them instead. He adds, "Dammit! They're slithery, but they're freaking hard! They just keep coming!" The boy jumped into the air and rode on many belts whilst dodging more. When he was in the air, Inosuke looked at Tanjiro and Tengen's battle and saw Tengen was close to beheading Gyutaro. He said, "Huh? Dammit! They're about to decapitate him!" Zenitsu yells out, "Inosuke! Here comes the next assault!" Inosuke was able to dodge a belt at the last second and drops onto the roof. They then begin to battle with the belts as Inosuke said, "Crap! We can't bring this one down unless we strike in tandem! We're stirring things up as we flee, so we're able to dodge her attacks somehow, but there's no point in just dodging! We have to close the distance... and go for the head!" Inosuke begins to focus on her neck as he begins to gag in focus. He started rampaging and flailing his swords around in the air, cutting and redirecting most of the belts. Another small wave was dodged again by him by jumping up. Zenitsu yells, "Inosuke! Calm down! There's absolutely no reason for us to slash them at the same time! We just need to make sure the two demons' heads aren't connected!" He was enveloped by belts and responds with a slash, cutting him free from her grip. He continues with his plan, "Even after they behead their demon, don't give up! Let's unleash our attack!" Inosuke looked at his friend and said, "You... Look at you! Damn! You really are something else! What's wrong?"

-Tengen and Tanjiro's battle-
Tengen tried slashing Gyutaro while Tanjiro thought, "Stay alert! Go for the head yourself! I can do this!" Both Tanjiro and Tengen's blades were so close to Gyutaro's neck, but Gyutaro blocked both blades with his scythe in the nick of time. Tanjiro gasps and Tengen thought, "Damn! It won't budge!" Gyutaro begins to chuckle and say, "The likes of you, cut off my head? Never going to happen!" His scythes began to fuse with both of their blades as Tanjiro tried to pull it back. He thought, "My blade's stuck!" Tengen took the perfect opportunity for a 'counter-counter attack'. He pulled his second blade back and aimed right for his nape. In an unexpected turn of events, Gyutaro snaps his neck back and bites the blade. Tengen angrily thought, "Don't swing your head behind you! Damn you!" Gyutaro's shoulder begins to grow blood blades while Tengen thought, "Not that again!" He then shouted, "Kamado! Hang on!" (Yeah, I realize my mistake about Tengen calling Tanjiro 'Shonen') Hinatsuru grabbed onto Tanjiro's body while he tightly grips his sword. Gyutaro launched his attacks while Tengen launched him and Gyutaro down to the ground below. Tanjiro yells, "Uzui-san!" Hinatsuru also yelled, "Tengen-sama!" Tanjiro again yells, "Uzui-" but was cut off by Gyutaro's attack. Inosuke yells from behind, "Look out!" Tanjiro gasped seeing many belts come his way. Both Zenitsu and Inosuke block the attacks as Tanjiro grabs Hinatsuru and leads her farther. He yells, "Inosuke! Zenitsu!" Tanjiro was about to get attacked but Inosuke rescued him by blocking the belts. Tanjiro defensively stood in front of Hinatsuru as the two defended them. Inosuke yells, "They're forcing us to change our strategy! Muscle! I can't close in on the worm woman, no matter what! So the three of us will take her on while the old guy deals with the praying mantis demon alone!" Tanjiro felt that if Tengen fought Gyutaro alone, then something bad will happen. Zenitsu chimes in, "At least this one's weaker than the man with the scythe! Let's decapitate this one first! Tanjiro, can you still move?" Tanjiro looked at Tengen and saw that he was holding his own for now. He was then trapped by belts but used the eighth form of Water Breathing to free himself. He responds, "I can move! But Uzui-san's been poisoned by the enemy as well, so he's in bad shape! We have to finish this as soon as possible!" Tanjiro barely dodged a slash from Gyutaro and blocked another. He thought, "That was close! I barely blocked it! He's attacking us even as he fights Uzui-san?" Tanjiro redirects his attention and said, "Hinatsuru-san!" She replies, "Don't worry about me! I'll go hide! Just focus on winning! Look out! Behind you!" Belts came from behind as Zenitsu and Tanjiro slashed the two at the same time. Tanjiro asks, "Are you all right?" She replies, "Yes! Thank you!" She jumps back and out of sight. Daki creepily laughs and says, "I can see that your movements are getting more and more sluggish! I wonder which one of you will be the first to fall apart!" Inosuke thought to himself, "Dammit! Monichi and I are practically unscathed! We gotta take care of this! The other two are all banged up! What was the point of all that training? What was the point? What was the point?" Tanjiro runs toward Daki as he slashes and screams, "Inosuke! This demon's neck is too soft to slash! It's going to take a lot of speed! We'll have to slash her from multiple directions, or it won't work!" Inosuke halted and looked at Tanjiro. He thought, "Now that it's heading toward Tanjiro, as well, it seems like the attack's slightly... ever so slightly slowed down!" Inosuke irritatingly yells, "It looks that way to me! I'm just going to assume that it has!" He jumped high into the air and parties more belts. He jumped in the middle of the roof and yelled, "All right! If it's multiple directions you want, just leave it to yours truly, the dual-wielder, dammit! The three of us together... can beat her!" Tanjiro and Zenitsu stood behind each other as Tanjiro yelled, "Gotcha! Zenitsu, we're protecting Inosuke!" Zenitsu responds, "Okay!" Daki laughed at the three and said, "Even if you bring in another ugly freak into the fray, it's not going to change anything!" More belts were sent to the two as they backed up to dodge them. The three begin to fight altogether as sparks and clashing were heard and seen atop the roof. The fight halted for a bit and Tanjiro yelled, "Inosuke!" Inosuke yells, "Let's go! Don't be late, my underlings!" Inosuke was about to be struck by other belts but was blocked by Tanjiro and Zenitsu. Inosuke muttered,

"Beast Breathing..."

His body began to enlarge while Tanjiro and Zenitsu protected him. He also continued,

"Eighth Fang... Explosive... Rush!"

Inosuke destroyed the tiles on the roof with the force of his rush toward Daki. Belts were sent to protect herself from him while Tanjiro and Zenitsu cut and block the belts. Inosuke continued with his rush as Tanjiro uses,

"Water Breathing... Third Form!"

Tanjiro slashes many of the belts while Zenitsu also uses,

"Thunder Breathing... First Form..."

Zenitsu cut many belts and jumped to others. Tanjiro and Zenitsu finish,

"Flowing..."

"Thunderclap and Flash!"

"...Dance!"

"Eightfold!"

Every single belt that was sent, was cut by the two with their incredible synced attack. Inosuke continued with his rush while being cut from the belts. He screamed the pain off to keep with his rush. Daki look at the boar boy in fear as he got even closer to her. She thought, "He's... He's only focusing on heading straight toward me without any defense!" Two of Daki's belts were sent right toward his head but missed by an inch. Inosuke pulled his swords back and planted them directly onto her neck. He says, "I'm getting it done this time!" She thought with anger, "You can't cut it off! There's no way you can cut it off! Not with these beat-up blades!" Inosuke used,

"Sixth Fang..."

He began to use his blades as saws to cut off her head. He went faster and faster finally cutting her head right off. He finished,

"Palisade Bite!"

Her head flew through the air as she gasped in bafflement. Tanjiro couldn't believe it and said, "You did it, Inosuke! Amazing! You used them like saws to behead her!" Inosuke snatched the head and began to run while carrying her head like a football. He also yelled, "Her head! Her head! Her head! I'm gonna race off with it somewhere far away so she can't stick it back on!" Daki uses her belts to get to him but they were dodged. He yells, "For now, I'm gonna run all over the place with this head, okay? You two go help the old guy!" Tanjiro yells, "Gotcha!" Zenitsu also yells, "Be careful, Inosuke!" Tanjiro turned his body and thought, "Uzui-san!" He hopped toward another rooftop and thought, "We have to join him right away!"

-With Inosuke-
Inosuke yells as he runs away from the battle. Daki barks, "You damn boar! You let me go!" Daki's hair grew longer but Inosuke just responds by cutting them short. Inosuke laughs and says, "Your attacks are pretty lame!" Daki fires back, "What did you say?" Inosuke says, "Maybe you can't die, but it sure looks like you get weak once your head's cut off!" From behind, a scythe appears out of nowhere and stabs Inosuke behind his back and through his heart. Blood seeps out of his mask as he gags. Tanjiro yelled at the top of his lungs, "Inosuke!! Inosuke! Inosuke! This is bad! The poison! Where's the wound? Was he stabbed in the heart? It's so dark, I can't see! Dammit! Dammit! What's he doing here? Where's Uzui-san? Uzui-san!" Tanjiro looked at Tengen's soon-to-be-dead body or just dead because it felt like his power was waning lower and lower. He saw blood on his sword and a severed hand. Tengen lay on the floor motionless as this sets Tanjiro off. His hair flickered yellow but was cut off by Zenitsu yelling, "Tanjiro! Look out!" Many numerous belts were sent toward the two as they had no choice but to drop to the ground. Zenitsu pushed Tanjiro off the roof while everything in sight was demolished from the belts. Tanjiro thought with intense anger, "Oh, damn! Zenitsu... Forget about me! This happened because I wasn't paying attention! I'm so sorry, Inosuke! If only if noticed him sooner! No... I... If I hadn't left Uzui-san's side in the first place, this wouldn't have happened! Sorry. Sorry! Sorry, everyone! Sorry... Nezuko." Everything struck black as he made contact with the ground.

Tanjiro never used Flame Breathing ever since he was taught it. Zenitsu thought that it was a waste of time since he never used it.
