"What are you saying Julian?" My voice was barely above an octave and I could practically hear my heart pounding. This couldn't be happening.

"We should be together Lilly. Do all the stuff couples do, travel the world together, go on dates, make out." He laughed softly before tucking a strand of my hair behind my ear, "Don't tell me you don't feel anything because I know when you are lying."

It was becoming difficult for me to breath properly and I tried back away from him again, "J-Julian p-please resume the elevator."

"Noodle what's going on?" He asked once the elevator resumed again.

I inhaled as much oxygen as possible in through the nose and out through the mouth, "I c-can't I'm panicking p-please get me out of here."

"Hey, hey, hey." He pressed my head against his chest and kissed me atop, "Calm down, shh. You're hyperventilating."

Thankfully, the elevators finally opened and Julian picked me up piggyback from front and carried me all the way to my room. And all the while I was mumbling how 'difficult it is for me to breath' and how 'I can't think so much at the same time'.

I didn't know when I started crying and Julian hugged me tight once I sat on my bed.

"I'm stressing so much on so many things it's getting so difficult to think properly Julian. I feel like my lungs and brain are going to explode. P-please take all this away."

"Shh, calm down Lilly. It's going to be okay." He kissed my forehead but the voices in my head just increased.

"Noodle? Noodle?! Lilly!"

The last thing I heard was Julian calling my name just before I fainted.

"Lilly?"

My eyes fluttered open when I heard very familiar voice calling my name.

"Oh, thank God, you're finally awake." Julian released a relived sigh and his shoulders sagged against the headboard of the bed where he was sitting beside me.

I tried to sit upright while I weakly asked, "What happened?"

He grabbed my shoulders to put me back in my previous position which was me lying on the bed wrapped up in the comforter.

"You fainted after I confessed my feelings for you," he mumbled and I could see the hurt on his face when he tried to avoid eye contact by rising from the bed, "I'll go and get some food for you. Blake came to see you what happened and he left some medicines on the night stand. Water is there you should take them."

Before I could call him back, he left.

I sighed before muttering to myself, "Merde, merde, merde!"

Twenty minutes later he returned and till then I had freshened up, taken my medicines and changed into more comfortable clothes.

Julian placed the tray of food in front of me, "This is what was available downstairs; a choco-chip muffin,"

"Julian."

"Some bread with jam,"

"Julian."

"Warm milk,"

"Julian listen to me!"

"What?" He looked at me as though he was annoyed.

"Come here," I patted the spot beside me.

"I should go Lilly, it's midnight we have scavenger hunt tomorrow and-"

"Please." The desperation in my eyes made him pause and after a few moments he nodded.

"About what happened-" I started but of course he won't let me speak.

"You don't have to Lilly. I think your response pretty much explained it."

"Julian, can you stop fucking interrupting me?" I glared at him.

"Sorry," he replied quietly and played with the fraying hem of the pillow.

"Look at me," I took his hand in mine and urged him to stop avoiding me.

"It's not what you think it is. I agree, we do have something called chemistry between us and I think it would be safe to say I feel the same way about you." The look on his face instantly brightened which caused an unexpected laugh out of me.

"I just have to think about a few things properly Julian. And those things would impact a lot on everyone I love in my life. That's why I started panicking because all those things were coming in my mind and then I started thinking how would you react. That is why I fainted and not because of you, you goof." I looked him dead in the eye before smacking his arm, causing him to wince.

"And when will you tell us about those things?" He asked after a few silent minutes.

I didn't reply instantly, "I just need a bit space to think about it. I will tell you; I promise just not right now."

He nodded, "Okay. I trust you."

"Thank you." I gave him a quick smile and he kissed my forehead.

"I think I should go now."

It was my turn to nod, "Okay. Good night, Julian."

With one last kiss on my cheek, he left.

"Good night, Noodle."
