"Have I told you how much I hate you?"
"Not today," Kai responds with a smile, as I walk into the dimly lit room my gaze goes to Dominic Young whose tied up to a chair in the center of the room. "How'd you do it?" I ask and Kai nods his head in Blake's direction. "Blake jumped him," Kai responds with a shrug as my gaze goes to my eldest brother.
"Couldn't have waited like another half hour?" I question with a smirk and Blake rolls his eyes. "Did you not finish?" Blake taunts as he finishes tying up Dominic. His eyes are bruised and he has a split lip. Nothing compared to what I'm going to do.
"Young?" I ask out, his head lifts up to meet mine, his eyes filled with burning hate. "Are you still in the room?" I remark, it's no fun when they're knocked out. "If you think," Dominic says before trying to move, he fails. "You can get away with this, you're crazy."
"Crazy?" Kai repeats, "we're insane," he says as he makes his way to Dominic as Blake steps away. Kai lifts Dominic's face up with a knife to his chin. "We're fucking Blisses," Kai states with certainty, "we're fucked." Blake rolls his eyes at Kai's intimidation, Kais always enjoyed the bit leading up to the death. Unlike Blake who would prefer to be home at a reasonable hour, if it were up to him, Dominic would already be dead.
"Why are you doing this?" Dominic dares to ask, I laugh as I keep my distance. Preferably, I'd like to keep my suit clean. I don't need to scare Lizzie when I return back to the suite. "Because you hurt someone who's important to me," I respond to his idiotic question. "Hurt someone?" Dominic laughs just as Kai throws a right punch to his face. After spitting out the blood Dominic speaks again, "my daughter you mean?"
"Don't pretend that you didn't," Kai replies as angles his knife against his neck. "I saw the bruises, two years ago, and now," I say and Dominic's face turns as if he's seen a ghost. "She deserved them," he comments just before Kai throws another punch but this time under the chin. "Wrong answer," Blake taunts as he watches Kai's knuckles turn red and bruised. "I could lie, and say that I want your death to be quick," Dominic glances at me and he knows I'm his worst nightmare. "God," he mutters, "you are exactly like your father," I close my eyes to refuse the truth. I'm nothing like my father, not now, not ever. "Does my daughter know what kind of monster she married?" He asks with a smile, "does she even know where you are, right now?"
"No wonder her mother tried to leave you," I say and Dominic's face turns pissed. He tries to break free of the ropes but fails. His chest rising rapidly, he's exhausted. "But you had to kill her in that car crash," I comment, "that was no accident," Lizzie knows it too. "It's a shame the feds don't," no, the police were paid off and Dominic now knows I'm aware of his secret. The secret is being he murdered his wife, the mother of his only child because she couldn't live with being married to him. "She wanted full custody of Lizzie, didn't she?" I ask, that was not hidden.
"What's your point?" Dominic grits out, he's getting bored, me and my brothers are getting bored. "Just admit what you did," I say with a careless shrug. "You drove away the two people who were supposed to love you, one died rather than stay with you— the other feels safer in the arms of the enemy, compared to you."
