Chapter 24: The Date.

September 24th 2017, Sunday.

(I climbed the stairs like some elderly grandpa.
The library charity event was more tiresome than I thought it would be, I just had to lift a LOT of boxes..
Anyways, as soon as I enter the dorm I'll crash on the couch and rest in peace!-)

"IT SHOULD BE ME!-"
(His voice crashed into my eardrums as soon as I opened the door..
"Welp looks like I'm not getting any peace")

Aiden: Why? I should be the one!

Nathan: Uh.. what's happening?
(They looked at me)

N: Oh Hi- we were just discussing..

Aiden: We talked about a date right? So we are just figuring out who should take you on a date first.

N: And OBVIOUSLY it should be me..
Tell him Nath.

Aiden: No, back me up Nathan.

Nathan: Uhm-

N: Give me ONE reason.

Aiden: Oh you want a reason? How about..
I had sex with him first!

N: Well I had sex with him twice!
(Aiden dramatically gasped)
Who's the boss now?

Aiden: Okay okay, Nathan should decide this..

N: Yeah.. you're right.

Aiden: The one who's better in bed will take him first.

N: Deal. ANSWER US NATHAN!

Nathan: Woah- calm down buds, I'm DEFINITELY not answering that question.
But.. I might have a solution.
(They looked at me expectantly)
I think you two should go.

N: Wait, us?

Nathan: Yeah.
Well, I've already had a.. "moment" with both of you. I think it's time you guys open up to each other.

N: Ooh~ Nathan- you freak!

Nathan: I wasn't talking about THAT kind of opening up.. Anyways. Bryan has invited me to a movie marathon slash sleepover tonight, well. He invited all three of us..

Aiden: Then why aren't we all going?

Nathan: It's a horror movie marathon.

Aiden: Nevermind, I didn't wanna go anyway.

Nathan: I know, My point is.. I wouldn't be here tonight.. so go enjoy, grab some dinner and see where the night leads you.
(They looked at each other)

N: I'm liking this idea..

Aiden: I'll go and see what I can prepare.
(He went into the bedroom)

N: NATHAN- How do I impress him?
This is like my first DATE where I'm actually panicking because I don't wanna mess this up.

Nathan: Oh believe me, even if you mess this up he'll find it charming.
(He chuckled)

N: Thank you, sorry for over-imagining.
I just got really nervous..

Nathan: It's okay, believe me, it'll all be fine.
(He smiled)

N: Okay but seriously, who's better? Me or Aiden?

Nathan: I hate you..
(We both dissolved into giggles)

Bryan: WHAT? THEY ARE GOING ON A DATE?
(He exclaimed after I gave him the news as we both were making our way to his dorm)
