"Let us begin introducing our Greek Gods and Goddesses!"

My heart sank to the floor.

"Huy! Okay ka lang?" Yohan laughed, he will be the one to escort me to the middle of the quadrangle.

"Kinakabahan ako gagi." I admitted.

"Marunong ka naman siguro maglakad, madali lang naman yun, tuturuan pa ba kita?" He joked making me slap his arm.

"Nawala kaba ko, napalitan ng inis." sabi ko at inirapan siya.

He laughed before he put my arms around his and walking me in front of the yellow team.

Today was the first day of our Intramurals and I was standing at the back of the quadrangle all dressed up to be presented for the opening.

I looked at the other teams' Gods and Goddess and all of them were indeed good-looking.

The blue team's goddess was Theo's friend from a few weeks ago... review girl. Escorting her was one of the players from the basketball team.

Behind the two were Theo and his friends. They were teasing him about something.

Their eyes found mine and they suddenly stopped, making me curious.

One of them whispered something to Theo while staring at.. Yohan? Kaya siniko ni Theo yung kaibigan niya.

Theo was just standing still but he looked bothered. His eyebrows were slightly furrowed at halatadong naiinis siya kapag kinakausap siya ng mga kaibigan niya.

The emcee started to talk once again kaya tumingin ulit ako sa stage.

"Kinakabahan ka pa rin ba? Ang sama ng tingin sakin ng loverboy mo, ha." He laughed, only giving me a side-eye.

"Guni-guni mo lang yun."

"Piling mo, hindi ko naman sinabi kung sino." kinurot niya baywang ko. "Yieee, tingin mo si Theo, 'no? Tama ka diyan bhie." He laughed.

"Tanginamo, focus." He snorted, making a few people stare. When he saw, he stood still once again.

"Ini-issue na tayo ng mga tao dito. Titigil na ako."

"Very good. Pati love-life ko sina-sabotage mo."

"Ui."

"Ui." mahina ko siyang siniko.

I didn't even notice that the other representatives were already up front.

"For the yellow team, we have Athena! The Goddess of Wisdom and war..."

Yohan and I panicked and froze a little but we started to walking to the middle as the team speaker started to describe Athena.

Tumigil kami ni Yohan sa gitna gaya ng na-practice namin. He let go of my arm and I started to do as rehearsed a million times before.

I stepped forward to an appropriate distance from Yohan who was kneeling on the floor and bowing his head, before turning around and spreading my arms, showing off the gown my team has made.

My teammates imitated Yohan as part of the whole act.

Pinalak-pakan ako ng mga tao.

I started walking around to show the gown once again and went back to Yohan na nasa gitna at nakatayo na ngayon.

He took my hand, spun me around, and raised my hand when we were facing the crowd.

"Once again, representing Polemistés me Sofia, Athena!" our team speaker finished.
