I didn't believe Theo when he said he'd take a break from training. Dahil magpa-pass lang talaga siya kapag tingin niya emergency. He cares way too much for his sport to think about his health.

Alam ko ring magpa-practice siya ngayon dahil sabi niya move daw namin yung review date namin mamayang 2. I was pretty sure he'd only tell me he practiced pagkatapos nila kaya gugulatin ko nalang siya.

I find it fun how he's so bad at lying to me, cause he rarely ever does I guess. And whenever he was he'd just immediately says he is.

After exams, I headed to the gym to wait for Theo. I brought him an extra shirt, water, and a towel with me kung sakaling napagod siya or pinagpawisan. Pinangdala ko na rin siya ng pagkain para may energy siya katapos ng training.

This is what I've been doing since we started dating because I simply liked taking care of him. And I also liked how he would still freeze to my touch kahit na isang taon na kaming in a relationship. I find it so cute.

Tinaasan ko siya ng kilay nang makalabas na siya mula sa changing room, together with his team mates. When he saw me, napatigil siya sa pag-lalakad and his eyes widened.

Tumakbo siya papalapit sa kinauupuan ko and put his bag beside me. "Sorry." agad niyang bungad sa akin.

I rolled my eyes. Wala naman na akong magagawa diba? "Just don't tire yourself out." 

His eyes lit up as he grinned. Tumabi siya sa akin at niyakap ako nang mahigpit. "I promise I'll just be coach number two today. Thanks for understanding, love."

He held out his pinky so I wrapped mine with his. "Kapag pagod ka na you rest. And take off your weightbags." sabi ko habang nakaturo sa ankles niya.

"Yes, ma'am." he unwrapped the blue heavy things around his ankles and placed them inside his sports bag.

"Cap, why naman nagbe-bebe time habang training?"

"HINDI YAN PATAS, CAP!"

"Forda landi ang fersons!"

Theo rolled his eyes at them before facing me. "Practice na kami, love. Thanks again."

I nodded and watched him go to his teammates. They started their warmups at pagkatapos ng ilang minuto dumating na yung coach nila.

Theo immediately talked to his coach about taking a break for one day. Mukhang pumayag naman si coach making me smile a little.

They've been training nonstop this year dahil natalo sila last year ng ibang school, kaya masaya na rin ako nang makapag-pahinga siya ng konti.

Kahit na hindi siya masyado gumagalaw, siyempre pinawisan pa rin siya, he was still running all over the place after all.

Whenever he would get tired, tatabi siya sa akin at iinom sa water bottle na binigay ko sa kanya. And after a few minutes babalik nanaman siya sa court.

I can't help but get amazed by his legs' power to jump. Dahil kapag nagte-training siya dati laging naka-suot yung weightbags so I've never really seen him jump so high. It had definitely improved since his last play. 

He truly deserved the captain title, he worked so hard. Last year pa dapat siya captain but his seniors dati were a bunch of... assholes that were jealous of him kaya hindi niya kinuha yung posisyon. Kahit na never niya sinabi yun sa akin, sure akong naiinis din siya sa kanila.

Yayabang kaya! Hampasin ko yung mga yun ng bola eh.

Sabi niya sa akin na masaya lang siya na nakakalaro siya pero ako hindi ako satisfied dun, he deserved more kaya masaya rin ako na naging captain siya, finally!
