Bill's grin made her smirk. "I remember now."

She bent down to grab her book bag and shut her locker, walking to the parking lot with Bill. As he opened the door for her, she rolled her eyes, chuckling as she climbed in.
Bill got in after her and started the car.

She observed the car. "This is a nice car. Did your parents buy it for you?"

He rolled his eyes. "No. I bought it." She raised her eyebrows. He shrugged. "I've been saving up since I was fifteen and I've been working two different jobs since I was sixteen."

"Good job with the saving. I'm sure you can get $20,000 in two years. Yeah that's easy."

Bill raised his eyebrows, chuckling. "C'mon, I mean most of the money was mine. My parents just helped me pay it all."

She chuckled as she turned up the radio. "I love this song!" Bill shouted over the volume.

She immediately recognized the singer. "You like Last Amanda too?"

He began singing. "Stay with me! Tonight you're everything!" his voice cracking on everything, making her burst out laughing.

She sang along. "Stay with me! All night you're everything!"

They laughed until their sides hurt. Bill glanced over at her slowly. "Stay with me! Tonight you're everything! Stay with me! All night you're everything."

She looked away, smirking and turned back towards him. "Stay with me! Tonight you're everything. All night you're everything. To me!"

He smirked. "To me!" She laughed. "To me!" He winked. "To me, you're everything to me."

The song ended and he finally tore his eyes off of Kendall and paid attention to the road. She looked down with a smirk. "Wide Awake in Movieland is a pretty great album."

He nodded."I totally agree. Do you know when their next album come out?"

She shrugged, twirling he hair in her finger. "Not sure. Who knows, it could come out in seven years. It's already been a year since that album came out."

Bill nodded, turning around a corner. "They're so unpredictable."

Kendall shrugged as they pulled into the driveway of a huge house. "What the hell are you doing pulling into these peoples-" She saw the name Remain on the mailbox, looking down, she felt her cheeks grow warm as did Bill. "I now know how you were able to afford this car." She whispered, awkwardly.

He winced, rubbing the nape of his neck uncomfortably. "I am not what my house is or who my parents are."

"Okay, rich boy."

They walked to the front door and he pulled out they keys and unlocked the door.
