"Oh my gosh, no he did not!" Amanda exclaimed to Kendall when she told her about the prom note.
"He did."
Amanda smiled. "Good for you."
She grinned at the tiled hallway floor. "What about Sam?"
Amanda inhaled quickly. "Not sure," and walked into the lunch room.
When Sam and Bill saw them they got up with a grin and headed toward the two.
Bill winked at Kendall. "Get my note?"
She nodded, fighting the urge to blush as Amanda and Sam walked away somewhere.
Rose came storming towards them. "Did I just see Sam and Amanda walk away together?"
She frowned, remembering Rose liked Sam. "Yeah but I don't know what's up with them."
Rose nodded as her cheeks turned rosy and slowly walked back to the lunch table.
Bill frowned. "What's wrong with Rose?"
She looked down, uncomfortably. "I'm not supposed to tell anyone."
Bill smirked cocking his head to the side. "Come on do I look like an anyone?"
"Not exactly."
He crossed his arms over his chest. "So why can't you tell me? You know I won't tell anyone."
"I suppose you won't. Rose likes Sam."
He grinned, with an eyebrow raised. "Really?" She nodded. He swallowed nervously. "Will you go to prom with me or do you already have someone else to go with?"
"I'll have to check."
He frowned at the floor. "Really?"
She looked up at him with a gleam in her eyes. "I suppose I can go with you."
He grinned. "That's great!"
She coughed awkwardly. "Well, I guess I'll see you later."
He pouted. "Really? You have to leave already?"
"Yeah. Well. I've got to eat lunch."
He grinned. "Yeah, of course. Why don't you eat lunch with me?"
He gestured to the table with nasty jocks. When they saw Kendall looking, they winked and whistled.
When Bill noticed her horrified look, he turned around to his table and whispered. "Shut up, dude. Really man? You're going to go there now?"
Bill rolled his eyes, making her giggle. He smirked. "You think this is funny?" She nodded, clearly amused making him laugh. "I guess you can sit at your lovely table while I sit at my horrific table."
She bit her lip, nervously and whispered in his ear. "What if I don't want to sit at either tables?"
He grinned. "I'd follow you wherever you'd sit."
"What if I didn't want you to sit with me?"
He frowned. "I'd still follow you."
She smiled. "What if I did this?" She wrapped her arms around his neck and brought her face toward his.
She could hear his breathing slow. "I'd let you."
She let go of him and walked away. He frowned and followed her into the hallway. "Kendall wait!"
She kept walking and turned the corner. She hid hoping to scare him up until a hand clasped her shoulder.
She squealed as a hand went over her mouth. "Shh!"
The voice whispered in her ear. She turned around to see Zoe's secretive smirk and creepy brown eyes.
A/N: the gif above is of Taissa Farmiga and I imagine her as Zoe.
