---------Percy's POV:---------
I sat with a smirk in front of Batman, his stiff demeanor proving just how much he regretted his decision.
"So let me get this straight, you want me to give up my intel man so that I can be thrown to the side and out of this whole situation?" Batman pursed his lips, obviously trying to hold back anger. "And why exactly do you believe that I trust you anymore than you trust me? Especially when all you've done to me is lock me in a cell and force me to bring your group into a party I was invited to, forcing me to follow your rules and yelling at me when I was forced against them?"
Batman groaned, his hands in fists as Wally stood behind me, the rest of the group in front of me and behind Batman. Leo, Jason, and Piper all stood there together, looking at me with new eyes, Jason and Leo smirking ever so slightly.
"Yes, and I'd prefer to have it sooner rather than later." He said angrily.
"Right, well what tells you that he'd even talk to you eh? You think about that big man? And if he wasn't going to talk, what're you going to do?" I asked, leaning forwards in my seat as I rested my elbows on my knees.
I watched his face contorted into full on rage, taking a step forward.
"If you think I'm gonna let you hurt or interrogate him you have another thing coming." I said darkly, standing up so that I was staring directly at him, my arms finding their way to cross across my chest. "Now I suggest you back down before I rethink this whole alliance thing" Was I bluffing, oh absolutely, I'd rather deal with this stuck up primadonna than a gross psychopath anyday, hera I dealt with Zeus for so long I could handle just about anything because he was a mix between the Joker and Batsy.
Batman paused, his lips moving around as if he were deep in thought. Eventually he let out a sigh.
"I don't want to be your enemy Orca." I pursed my lips as a look of disbelief fell on my face.
"Oh really?" He ignored my comment and continued.
"And believe it or not I'm trying to compromise-"
"No, you're literally doing the exact opposite. You, my emo friend, are forcing my hand by taking my want of helping the people as leverage to get you your info mole. As far as I'm concerned I'm gaining NADA." I looked past to Leo to see if I used it correctly and he gave me a small thumbs up. I smiled to myself as I returned my look to Bat who paused, staring at me menacingly. "So how about I propose something. Maybe get the ball rolling a bit." I sat back down, trying to make him relax a bit.
He paused, thinking for a second before nodding. "Fine, you know what I want, let's hear what you want."
"I want to help. It may seem trivial to you but I genuinely have been trying to help and you've only been shutting me down, so just let me lead. I know these people." I said, placing a hand on my chest as my other arm flew to the side. "gods, I mean I support half of them financially! I'm not about to send a bunch of rainbow colored, or in your case, lack thereof, people into their homes to scare the shizz out of them. Especially when they feel neglected by YOU!" I accidentally yelled, taking a deep breath before I continued, "So of course sending you and your wack jobs in," I turned to the others. "Sorry" I turned back to Batman " would only mean that my info would be cut off, and who knows how long it'd take to build back that trust, especially when we don't have that time. So just let me go in." I paused for a moment, pursing my lips. "I can't and won't let you all into my head, but I'll compromise and wear a tiny camera okay? That way you can see what I see and hear what I hear without my amazing commentary."
