I slowly but surely pushed my books into my locker, checking each direction to assure myself of any sneaky whereabouts of Jungkook.

What then shot through my mind was the image of his dark symbolled necklace, relating to the tattoo he's got across the side of his neck.

I figured that he already had complicating tattoos scattered down his arm, but it never came to me that he's had one on his neck that so represents something!

I had my finger on my chin in deep thought of it. Right as I was squinting my eyes in my train of thought, my vision came across Jungkook walking stylish but tough along the corrider, heading right to my direction.

"Shit.." I cursed under my breath, rushing to finish what I was doing and jog away as fast as possible.

"You can't just run, nerd!"

He shouted so confidently while being distant. I'm glad he never thought to chase after me.

I saw him strut past me my table, realizing that he was seated behind my back. Now that he's seated a few inches behind me, my paranoia is gonna get the best of me, predicting bad intentions from one of the tricks hidden up his sleeve. How perfect.

My elbow involuntarily knocked one of my pencils off the table. Me being me, I was too lazy to get it, but tried picking it up anyway.

Before my fingers could reach it, someone else's hand swiped it past my eyes. I shot back up as I turned around with the pencil right close to my nose.

"Here." A boy spoke in a serene tone who was seated right next to me. My hand slowly grasped it off from his, helping me see his face more in focus.

"Uh- Thank you.." I swiftly averted my gaze. What was his name again? I was questionable at that moment. I shouldn't have been.

That boy must've been Cha Eun-woo. The hell? Why on earth is he talking to me?

He was kind though.

After about a few seconds, his finger poked the edge of my shoulder. My head then spun around to his direction and he talked with a shimmering smile, "Do you have a pen I could borrow?"

"Yeah." I handed him an unused pen. He chuckled lightly.
When the bell rang, I walked outside until Cha Eun-woo waltzed up to me to hand back over the pen.

"Hey, you forgot something." He slipped the pen in my hand.

I politely thanked him. "What's your name by the way?" He asked.
"Oh, I'm y/n."

"Nice to meet you!" He smiled warmly, welcoming my hand in his before shaking it. I came to know that my next lesson was also shared with him. We had a cooking class next. Once we got into it, I started asking questions for my own knowledge of Cha Eun-woo.

"So, did you move around here?"

He then began his words off slowly and calmly. "Yes, I did move here. I moved down the street that's only about 100 meters from the school"

I gasped. "You live in Songyun street?"

"Yes. I do."

"Then I guess we're neighbors" I bumped my elbow on his shoulder, smirking. He laughed at my silly movement as we resumed with our burden of mashing ingredients. I huffed after the long work.

I helped Cha Eun-woo without any refusal. He was a super nice guy. How many nice guys am I now friends with? That was hard to count. Even though I had a lot of my time talking with Cha Eun-woo, I was still in thought about Jungkook's story.

Maybe I should just confront him about it, but I'm not doubtful that he'll grab me in a headlock and squeeze the soul out of my body.

Once recess had approached, I was now in my pool of found courage. I'm gonna confront Jungkook at this very minute once I find him.
