We decided to go to a Chinese restaurant

I greeted the receptionist, I know her because we often eat here before Zasha went to Europe and the owner is a close friend of Zasha
"Wow"
Miss Garcia admired with obvious astonishment in both her face and voice. I smiled at the sight admiring how someone find simple things amazing
We were finally seated and were given menus, the waiter took our orders and scurried away
"How did you manage to get a table here? It's so hard to get reservations here it can take weeks or even months to book a table"
Miss Garcia asked
"The owner is a close friend of my sister and we were regulars before"
She nodded in understanding
We talked some more before the entrée was served, I noticed that she has smeared a little sauce by the side of her lip
"Miss, you have a"
I said gesturing to her lip, she looked at me confused and I subconsciously took my napkin and leaned over a little to wipe it off of her. Our eyes met and she had this weird look on her face that I couldn't quite fathom
"Good afternoon, ladies"
She seemed to snap back to reality when a baritone voice spoke, we both turned to where the voice came from and my heart nearly stopped for a second when I made eye contact with the man especially with the woman giving me death glares at the moment
