Medyo gulat akong napa lingon sa umakap saakin, I was alarmed when I saw her crying. I immediately turned to her properly and placed my hands on each side of her shoulders

"H-hey. What's wrong?" I worriedly asked

"I-I thought I'd n-never see y-you again" utal niyang sagot

My heart softens when I heard her say that. Ever since, Miss Garcia was always very caring of me. When she first came over at my house to cook me some food when I fell ill. She was always so soft and gentle with me and if I wasn't in love with her best friend initially, I would've fallen for her instead.

I didn't say anything in return and just went to pull her closer to me. I felt her tighten her arms around my waist

Just then the door flew open, revealing a shocked Miss Ruiz. Nag palipat-lipat and tingin nito saakin at kay Miss Garcia. Her stare finally settled on me, instant burning range appeared behind the shadows of her brown eyes, her grip on the door knob tightened as she sends death glares my way.

She then went back out slamming the door shut, that shook me out of trance. My eyes never left the door, when Miss Garcia spoke

"Can you go after her? Please?" she sounded almost like begging

"I-I don't k-know if that's a good thing"

I am very much certain that I am not yet ready to be alone with her and she can get very scary when she's upset

"Please, Vonne. Just this time I will ask you for a favor. Please, she's changed and it's uncontrollable. She's on her way to self-destruction"

Miss Garcia pleaded, and what she said definitely got me all too worried. What does she mean self-destruction? How did she change?

Things are running in my mind and it's giving me headache. I decided to go after her, Miss Garcia told me she should be in her usual office and that's where I am headed

With my heart beat going crazy as I stood in front of her office, I packed up all the courage to knock. I did, she did not answer so I turned the knob and pushed the door open. I saw her sitting on her swivel chair, her elbows resting on the table as she was massaging her temples already looking at my direction

"What are you doing here?"

Mataray niyang sita saakin, I missed this side of her. Although this was her regular mood , I still miss it to say least.

I closed the door behind me before making my way towards her table

Shuta ano nga ba kasi ginagawa ko dito. Sabi kasi ni Miss Garcia puntahan ko sya, ano naman kasing sasabihin ko? Na kumain ako ng calamari kanina tapos muntik akong mabulunan?
