CHAPTER 10

"CAN you not drag me? I can walk on my own!" inis na sabi ni Levi kay Lorenzo nang hinila siya nito papasok sa loob ng isang Amusement Park. Binitawan naman ni Lorenzo si Levi. Since Levi didn't know where to go and Lorenzo said it was a date, he let him decide where do they go.

Well, he's lack of experience. And it seems that Lorenzo is experience.

"This is my first date," Lorenzo said and he added, "don't accuse me in your mind, Amore mio. I might French kiss you here."

Levi tsked. "I didn't say anything." And he rolled his eyes. "Don't you dare kiss me in front of many people."

"It was written on your face, Amore mio," sabi Lorenzo. "And don't worry, like what I have said, I won't kiss you without your consent," saka hinila na naman si Levi, but this time, they're now holding hands.

Same-sex relationship are allowed in Italy. So, some other people saw they holding hands didn't say anything like it was normal while some others are raising their eyebrow. For some reason, Levi didn't pull out his hand from Lorenzo's hand, instead he intertwined their fingers.

Napangiti naman si Lorenzo sa ginawa ni Levi.

Masuyong hinila ni Lorenzo si Levi patungo sa isang ticket booth. They are in Gardaland Park. They picked Adventure as their ride. Akala ni Lorenzo ay aayaw si Levi nang makita nito ang ticket booth at ang rides na pinili niya dahil binitawan nito ang kamay niya pero nauna pa naglakad patungo sa kinaroroonan ng rides. And it's the blue tornado roller coaster ride.

Hmm...my Amore mio is excited huh. Aniya nang mapansin niya ang mukha ni Levi.

"Faster, Renzo!"

Lorenzo chuckled and walked towards his mate.

Sumakay silang dalawa sa rides.

"Amore mio, this is not your first time to go here, right?" tanong ni Lorenzo.

Umiling si Levi. "This is my first time."

Pinupuno pa ang ride kaya baka ilang minuto pa bago sila lalarga.

"I came here with my family when I was a kid, my parents and with... my sister." Humina ang boses ni Levi ng banggitin nito ang kapatid.

Hinawakan ni Lorenzo ang kamay ni Levi para damayan ito. Ramdam niya ang lungkot na nararamdaman ni Levi.

"The second time that I came here was when I'm with Daddy Stefano. You know, he's my foster dad. Siya ang nag-alaga sa akin. Nang makita niyang malungkot ako nang dinala niya ako sa isang Amusement Park, he asked me and I told him the reason why. And since then, he never brought me to Amusement Park again." Ani Levi. Napatingin siya kay Lorenzo nang tanggalin nito ang seatbelt ng kinauupuan nito. "What are you doing?" tanong niya.

Tumingin si Lorenzo kay Levi. "Amore mio, let's get out of here. I can feel your sadness."

Mabilis naman na pinigilan ni Levi si Lorenzo. Umiling siya. "I'm okay. Yes, I'm sad but I can bear it. At isa pa, ikaw naman ang kasama ko. Let's just enjoy the day."

"Are you sure,Amore mio?" paniniguro ni Lorenzo.

Tumango si Levo saka ngumiti. "I'm sure."

"Okay."

Lorenzo wanted to ask about Levi's parents but opt not to. Maybe some other time. This is not the ride time yet.

Napuno na ang blue tornado rides kaya nagsimula na itong umandar. Umatras muna ito sa mataas na bahagi at habang umaatras ito, napahawak si Levi sa kamay ni Lorenzo.

Hindi napigilan ni Lorenzo ang mapangiti. "Amore mio, are you scared?"

Umiling si Levi. "No?" Patanong niyang sagot.

Lorenzo chuckled. "Amore mio, it's okay to be scared, hmm."

Tinignan ng masama ni Levi si Lorenzo. "Fuck you! You're the one who drag me here!"

"But you're the one who come here first," Lorenzo argued.

"Damn you! I should not have-Renzoooo!" malakas na napasigaw si Levi nang bigla na lang bumaba ang roller coaster. "Damnnn! Fuccckkkk! Renzoooo! Stop this thingggg!"

And Lorenzo was just laughing his ass off.

Kung nakakamatay lang ang tingin, baka kanina pa nakabulagta si Lorenzo sa talim ng tingin ni Levi.

For the whole ride, Levi kept on screaming while Lorenzo was just laughing because of Levi.

"Fuck you..." Mahinang sinuntok ni Levi si Lorenzo. He felt like he was drained because of that blue tornado roller coaster. Noong pumunta siya dito sa Gardaland Park noong bata siya, hindi naman niya naranasan ang ganito. Well, hindi naman sila sa extreme ride sumakay ng Daddy Stefano niya, sa mga pambatang rides lang siya sumakay.

"Are you okay?"

Levi glared at Lorenzo. Itinuro niya ang sarili. "Look at my face and tell me if I'm okay," he said, pissed.

Hindi naman mapigilan ni Lorenzo ang matawa ng mahina. "Come here." Kinuha niya ang isang kamay ni Levi at pinaakbay ito sa balikat niya. Dinala niya ito sa isang bench at pinaupo doon. "Wait here. Kukuha ako ng tubig."

Hindi sumagot si Levi.

Nagmamadaling bumili si Lorenzo ng tubig at bumalik sa kinaroroonan ni Levi. "Here. Drink this." Binuksan niya ang bottled water saka ibinigay kay Levi.

Agad naman na kinuha ni Levi ang bottled water at uminom. "I don't want to ride on any rides again. Dammit!" he cussed.

Napailing si Lorenzo. "Parang hindi ka naman nag-train ng martial arts."

Levi glared at Lorenzo. "Piss off! Martial arts and that things" -tinuro nito ang mga rides- "are different. They stole my soul away."

"Okay. Enough with that. Kung ayaw mo na rito, I'll treat you pizza, hmm."

Levi tsked. "I wanted to get out here and I don't want to come back here anymore." Tumayo siya at naglakad na palayo kay Lorenzo.

"Even if your kids asked you?" Lorenzo asked.

Levi halted in his steps and faced Lorenzo. Itinuro niya ang sarili at si Lorenzo. "Naririnig mo ba ang sarili mo, Renzo? We're both men and men can't get pregnant. Moron." Kapagkuwan natigilan siya nang mapansing napatingin sa kaniya ang ibang tao na nasa loob ng Gardaland Park.

Nakangiti ang mga ito.

Levi blushed and he immediately walked away.

Lorenzo followed while smiling widely. He's really adorable sometimes.

Napailing siya saka sinundan si Levi na malapit na sa gate ng Gardaland Park.

Lorenzo and Levi went to pizza café. And while they are inside and eating heartily, Levi sighed.

"What's the matter, Amore mio?" tanong ni Lorenzo.

Levi sighed. Nilunok niya muna ang kinakaing pizza saka nagsalita. "Why are we mates?"

"Ah?" Napakurap si Lorenzo sa tanong ni Levi.

"Look. We're both males and we are mates. Is this some kind of what?" Naguguluhang sabi ni Levi saka napailing.

"Amore mio, maybe there's a reason why we are mates." Naalala niya ang sinabi ng Moon Goddess sa kaniya bago sumapit ang eighteenth birthday niya.

Lorenzo sighed and smiled afterwards. Special mate, huh?
