CHAPTER 34

WHEN Levi went to the Greyson Golden Pack, Dr. Reed and Queen Serenity talked to him about his parents. They said that they wanted to try the methods they found out to wake up his parents. King Connor, Giovanni, Lorenzo, and his Daddy Stefano are present.

"After researching and reading many books about werewolf, we saw this book." Ani Dr. Reed sabay lapag sa harapan ni Levi ang isang makapal na libro na lumang-luma na pero maayos at malinis pa naman kaya parang mukhang bago pa din.

Kinuha ni Levi ang libro at tinignan. Tumingin siya kay Dr. Reed, "Doc, baka abutin ako ng ilang tao bago ko matapos na basahin 'to."

Dr. Reed rolled his eyes and clicked his tongue. "I didn't say that you will read that."

"Then what for?" Levi asked, slightly pouting and Lorenzo find it adorable.

Dr. Reed sighed and looked at Queen Serenity.

Queen Serenity smiled at Levi. "Anak," malumanay nitong sabi, "that's an ancient book. We saw it at the pack's library. We came to across to a method which we don't know if it's effective or not."

"If not then we'll try to look for another one." Ani Dr. Reed.

"We will try it. Wala namang mawawala kung gagawin natin 'yon." Ani King Connor.

"But are you willing to do it?" Dr. Reed asked Levi.

Tumaas ang kilay ni Levi. "How will I answer if I didn't know what you, guys, are talking about?"

"Oh. Right." Queen Serenity smiled. "Here's the thing. To wake up you father, you should bite him. But we are not sure if he will wake up. In that book you are holding, we read about mates, if they are in deep slumber, only the male wolf will have to be bitten by a wolf who has the same blood as them. Example, the father or mother, their offspring or their relatives for them to be awaken—to awake their wolf exactly. And as to the female mate, if the male will wake up then she will wake up also."

"I need to bite my father?" Levi asked...just to make sure.

Tumango si Queen Serenity at Dr. Reed. "Yes."

"Okay," Levi said. "I'll do it. But my mother is a human, can she really wake up if my father woke up?" He asked, hoping.

"Can we just trust fate?" Dr. Reed asked. "Even if I'm a doctor, I can't guarantee that your mother will wake up. We are not into science this time but we are into werewolf's bonds and mates. So, we are letting the fate to decide here."

"Why do I feel that you are not confident this time?" King Connor asked.

"Yeah. I feel it too." Ani Stefano.

"We feel it all," Giovanni said.

Dr. Reed looked at Lorenzo. "Do you have also to say, your highness?" he asked in sarcasm.

Umiling si Lorenzo. "We'll try the method that you've said. It's already up to fate," he said and hold Levi's hand.

Ngumiti si Levi. Yeah. Indeed. We need to trust fate this time.

HUMUGOT ng malalim na hininga si Levi habang nakatingin sa kaniyang mga magulang. His parents didn't have much change in appearance. They're still looking good and looked younger than their age.

"Ready?" Dr. Reed asked.

Tumango si Levi.

"Then let's start." Ani Queen Serenity.

Kinuha ni Dr. Reed ang kamay ng ama ni Levi saka ito inilapit kay Levi na nakatayo sa tabi niya.

"You need to bite the vein in his wrist," sabi ni Dr. Reed.

"Okay."

Levi let out his canine and bite his father's wrist.

Everyone saw the silver color that glowed in Levi's father's arm.

Levi put down in his father's arm and Lorenzo immediately and affectionately wiped Levi's lips because of the blood on it.

"Thanks," ani Levi.

Lahat ay nag-aabang sa susunod na mangyari. Kung magiging ba ang ama ni Levi? Everyone is looking at Levi's father but there's no reaction from him. He is still in his deep slumber, the same to Levi's mother. Walang gumalaw sa kanilang dalawa.

Bumagsak ang balikat ni Levi. "I guess we just need to wait." Aniya saka lumabas ng kwartong kinaroroonan ng mga magulang.

Agad naman na sumunod si Lorenzo. "Amore mio..."

Levi looked at Lorenzo. "I'll just wait when they will wake up." Aniya.

"Don't lose your hope." Ani Lorenzo.

Tipid na ngumiti si Levi. "I'm not losing my hope, Renzo. I'm just disappointed to myself." Umupo siya sa single couch. "They are my parents but I couldn't do nothing for them."

Ngumiti si Lorenzo saka lumuhod sa harapan ni Levi. Hinawakan niya ang kamay ni Levi saka ito dinala sa kaniyang labi at hinalikan. "Ti amo." I love you. He said lovingly.

That made Levi smiled widely. "Anch'io ti amo." I love you.

Inangat ni Lorenzo ang katawan saka hinalikan ang labi ni Levi then he smiled. "Feeling better now?"

Tumango si Levi. "Grazie." Thank you.

Lorenzo kissed Levi's forehead. Hinila niya si Levi patayo.

"Saan tayo pupunta?" nagtatakang tanong ni Levi.

"To make you feel more better." Ani Lorenzo.

Levi smiled. "Okay. But let me see my parents first."

"Okay."

Bumalik si Levi sa kinaroroonan ng kaniyang mga magulang.

"Levi," ani Queen Serenity. "We will look for other methods."

Tumango si Levi. "Thank you, Mommy."

Serenity caressed Levi's hair affectionately. "This is the only to pay for doing everything for the werewolves."

Umiling si Levi. "Wala po 'yon kumpara sa mga ginawa niyo sa akin, Mommy." He looked at his parents. Hinawakan niya ang kamay ng kaniyang mga magulang. Nanlaki ang mata niya nang maramdaman niyang gumalaw ang kamay ng kaniyang ama. Naramdaman niya ito dahil hawak niya ang kamay nito. Mahina lang pero sapat na para maramdaman niya.

With a teary eye, he looked at everyone. "My father's hand move."

Sa sinabi ni Levi, mabilis na tinignan ni Dr. Reed ang ama ni Levi. After a couple of second, he smiled and said, "he will wake up soon."

And Levi looked at Lorenzo with a smile on his lips. But then his smile disappeared when Pietro called and told him that Bryson send a threat to the Headquarters. He needed to deal with it so he went to the Headquarters.

'Prepare to die with the Royal Family, Levi Fontana.'

Kumuyom ang kamay ni Levi. How dare he to threaten my family?!
