CHAPTER 15

DAY one. Day two. Day three. And Day four. Ikaapat ng araw ni Levi sa Greyson Golden Pack. At sa loob ng apat na araw na nasa Greyson Golden Pack siya, marami siyang mga nalaman tungkol kay Lorenzo. Sa mga maliliit na bagay na hindi niya nakita noong nasa condo niya. Nalaman niya ang mga paborito nitong pagkain. He learned the Lorenzo likes to eat chocolate cupcake and pizza. He also learned that Lorenzo is also one of the trainers of the pack warriors. Well, hindi na siya magtataka. Lorenzo can fight well. He saw it with his own eyes when they had a fight with the Rebel Hunters.

Nakakausap niya rin ang mga magulang ni Lorenzo at nakwento niya sa mga ito ang tungkol sa naging buhay niya at tungkol sa hindi niya pag-shift hanggang ngayon.

Greyson Golden Pack is a happy pack. They also welcomed him with a warm smile. Wala pa siyang nakitang panghuhusga sa mata ng mga ito magmula ng dumating siya rito at lalo na kung magkasama silang dalawa ni Lorenzo. They accepted them even he and Lorenzo are both males, especially Lorenzo's family and he appreciates that.

Pababa pa lang si Levi ng hagdan nang marinig niya ang sigawan at tawanan sa labas ng pack house. Kumunot ang nuo niya. This is the first.

Curious of what's happening outside, he went outside and he was stunned to see Lorenzo chasing the kids and he's also being chase by the kids. Kasama nito si Beta Alessandro at Gamma Rocco. Nakikipaghabulan ang mga ito sa mga bata.

Natawa ng mahina si Levi. He crossed his arms over his chest and continues watching them. Until an idea came up in his mind. Kinuha niya ang cellphone mula sa bulsa ng suot niyang black jeans and kinunan ng video ang mga ito.

Napailing na lang si Levi nang makitang binuhat ni Lorenzo ang dalawang bata sabay tumakbo ng mabilis palayo kay Alessandro.

Then a minute later, Levi didn't know that King Connor would join the chase. So now, in front of the pack house, there are four adult like kids being chase by the real kids.

"Nagiging isip-bata na naman sila."

Napatingin si Levi sa ina ni Lorenzo na hindi niya namalayang nasa tabi niya pala.

Ngumiti si Levi. "Adult like kids." Aniya saka natawa ng mahina.

Serenity chuckled. "Ganiyan na sila mula pa noon. Masanay ka na, 'nak. Mas magiging magulo pa ang mga 'yan kung sasali pa ang mga ama ni Alessandro at Rocco, pati na si Giovanni."

"I would love to see that, Mom." Ani Levi.

Umiling si Serenity. "Don't even bother. If that happens, my garden will be destroyed again."

Napatingin si Levi sa ina ni Lorenzo.

Serenity sighed. "Last time that they have a game like this, they destroyed my garden. They are having hide and seek game and they ending up hiding in my garden. Syempre, ang taya, ang mahal kong asawa, ayaw matalo kaya ayun hinalughog niya ang lahat ng sulok." Naiiling niyang saad habang naaalala 'yon.

Hindi naman napigilan ni Levi ang kaniyang tawa. "Did you punish them, Mom?" tanong niya habang natatawa.

Serenity answered as she softened when Levi called her 'Mom', "yeah."

Levi chuckled. Tumingin siya kay Lorenzo. Napailing na lang siya nang makitang pawisan ito.

"So, how are you here? Are you enjoying your stay?" Serenity asked Levi. She wanted to open up a conversation. She knew that Levi is cold and indifferent, nakita na niya 'yon. At hindi rin ito masyadong nagsasalita kung hindi mo kausapin.

"Of course, Mom. I'm enjoying my stay." Then he sighed. "It's just that I'll go home after few days. I need to talk to my father about me and Lorenzo. And I also need to take over his position."

Ngumiti si Serenity. "Everything will be alright, Levi. Trust me."

Tumango si Levi. "I hope so, Mom." Then he took a deep breathe and said, "Mom, thank you for accepting me for Lorenzo."

Serenity looked at Levi. "Just make my son happy and please don't reject him. Having the same-sex relationship is already open here in Italy but some are still closed minded. Don't mind them, okay? And just mind your happiness because it is for your own good. Happiness is short live but it's still happiness. You should not think of other people's judgement. That's them. Hindi mo na 'yon mababago. Just stay with each other."

Tumango si Levi. He smiled genuinely.

Inaya ni Serenity si Levi. "Let's go inside and make some snacks for them."

"Ahmm," nag-alangan si Levi, "Mom, I'm not good in the kitchen. You know that."

Pero ngumiti lang si Serenity saka hinila si Levi. "Don't worry, I'm good in the kitchen. Let's go and help me."

Wala ng nagawa si Levi at nagpahila na lang sa reyna. Nang makarating sila sa kusina, naroon ang ina ni Alessandro at Rocco. Mukhang gagawin rin ang mga ito ng meryenda para sa mga isip-bata.

Patapos na sila sa paggawa ng meryenda at tumulong naman si Levi nang bigla na lang may yumakap sa kaniya mula sa likuran. Handa na siyang sikuhin kung sinuman ang yumakap sa kaniya nang malanghap niya ang pamilyar na amoy ni Lorenzo. And he's freshly bath.

"Done chasing?" he asked.

Lorenzo kissed Levi's nape and nod his head, "yeah."

"Anak, doon ka nga muna." Pagpapalayas ni Serenity sa anak. "May ginagawa ang kapareha mo."

Lorenzo pouted. "I wanted to be with my baby every time because I know that he would go home in few days and I don't know when I will see him again."

Tumaas ang kilay ni Levi. "You can come to my house you know."

Ngumiwi si Lorenzo. "Won't your dad point a gun to me?"

Nagkibit ng balikat si Levi. "I don't know," he said then he added, "try to come and we'll see."

"Amore mio!"

"What?" natatawang tanong ni Levi.

"Ang sama mo, Amore mio. How could you make fun of me?!" Lorenzo whined.

Levi sighed. Shaking his head, he turned around and shoved the cupcake he was holding to Lorenzo's mouth.

Kaagad naman na hinawakan ni Lorenzo ang cupcake na basta na lang sinubo sa kaniya ni Levi saka napailing pero kinain niya ang cupcake.

Because Lorenzo is eating cupcake, nakawala si Levi sa yakap ng binata kaya muli siyang humarap sa ginagawa pero hindi niya inaasahan na muli siyang yayakapin ni Lorenzo gamit ang isang braso nito habang ang isa nitong kamay ay may hawak na cupcake.

"You two, can you go to your room and have your sweet moment there?" Gianna said to the two — Lorenzo and Levi.

Napatingin naman ang dalawa kay Gianna.

"You two are annoyingly sweet." Gemma, Rocco's mother, rolled her eyes.

Levi looked at Lorenzo. "Get off."

Umiling si Lorenzo habang kumakain ng cupcake.

"Renzo, I'm working." Ani Levi.

Ngumuso lang si Lorenzo. Nilunok niya muna ang kinakain bago nagsalita. "I don't want to."

Napabuntonghininga na lang si Levi saka tumingin sa mga kasama. "Sorry po. Just bear with for a little while. I will just finish this."

Napailing naman ang mga kasama nila sa kusina habang natawa naman si Serenity. She took a picture of Lorenzo and Levi.

A minute later, someone came to the kitchen.

"Dr. Reed, what brought you here?" Queen Serenity asked.

Napatingin naman si Levi sa bagong dating.

"I'm just here to report, Queen. About the two patients, they are—" napatigil sa pagsasalita si Dr. Reed nang makita ang lalaking yakap ni Prince Lorenzo. "It's you."
