WHEN Levi's mother, Laura, woke up, Levi felt happy and excited at the same time. Hindi napigilan ni Levi ang pagtulo ng luha niya nang hawakan siya ng kaniyang ina. A touch from a mother that he hasn't feel for long time.

Now it's been one week since his mother woke up. Laura is recovering so fast. And Levi was in the kitchen of the Headquarters looking at his parents cooking. He smiled. He missed this. Actually, it's his father who's cooking and he and his mother are just watching. His mother needs to rest, the doctor's advice.

And speaking of doctor, Levi sighed, ilang araw na niyang hindi nakita si Levi. He missed him so much. Kung pwede lang sana siyang umalis na lang rito, kanina pa niya ginawa upang puntahan ang mate niya. At kinabukasan matapos magising ang ina niya, umalis na si Lorenzo nang hindi sila nagka-usap. They had a silent fight, at hanggang ngayon hindi pa 'yon naayos.

"Your father told me that you already found your mate," Laura said to his son softly.

Natigilan si Levi sa pag-inom ng tubig saka napatingin sa ina. "Yes, Mom." Thanks for telling, Dad. You helped me a lot. Napailing siya.

Ngumiti si Laura. "Kailan namin siya makikilala?"

Nag-was ng tingin si Levi. "Ahmm..." tumikhim siya. "Soon, Mom."

"Why not now?" tanong ng ina.

Iwas ang tingin ni Levi. "You might not like it," he said.

"Why not?" Laura asked. "Son, she's your mate."

Levi looked at his father. And his father was facing the stove. Humugot siya ng malalim na hininga. "Mom, Papa, my mate is not a 'she'. It's actually a 'he'." Aniya.

Akala ni Levi ay magagalit ang kaniyang magulang.

Laura looked at her husband. "Having male mate? Pwede ba 'yon?"

Humarap si Valerio saka tumango. "Yeah. The Moon Goddess must have her reason why he paired our son with a male."

Napatango ang ina ni Levi saka tumingin sa anak. "So, kailan mo siya ipapakilala sa amin?"

Kumunot ang noo ni Levi. "You're okay with that?" he asked. "Me, having same-sex relationship."

"What's wrong with that?" ani Valerio. "It's not a crime as long as you're not hurting someone."

"Your father was right, Levi." Levi's mother said softly.

"Ahmm..." Levi didn't know what to say. He didn't expect that his parents would accept easily his relationship with a man.

"Lorenzo was a good catch," sabi ng ama ni Levi saka nginitian ang anak.

Nanlaki ang mata ni Levi. "You knew?!"

Ngumisi si Valerio. "Yeah."

"When?" Levi asked.

"At the hospital. I saw how you two looked at each other. You are looking at each other affectionately." Nakataas ang kilay na sabi ng ama ni Lorenzo.

My father saw that?

"Lorenzo? My doctor?" tanong ng ina ni Levi.

"Yes, Amore. And Lorenzo is one of the Prince of Werewolves. He's also a protector." Ani Valerio na may ngiti sa labi.

Tumango si Laura. "That's good. I like that kid. Anyway, are his parents know about you two?"

Levi nodded his head. "Yes, Mom. They accepted us just like how you and papà accepted it."

Ngumiti si Laura. "Dalhin mo siya rito at ipakilala mo."

"Nakilala niyo na nga po, eh," sabi ni Levi.
