Third person POV:
A owl-like creature flew towards the flying bison, hooting to gain the sorcerer's attention.
Increasing its speed it caught up to Appa, landing in the middle of the leather saddle.
The water tribe siblings, suprised to see the unusual looking bird slightly shifted towards the raven haired girl.
"What are you doing here?" Saori bent forward, as she untied the piece of parchment attached to it's leg.
It hooted at her before flying away.
Opening the paper, Saori found a few names of spirits along with their whereabouts.
"Great..." She murmured.
"What is it?" Katara asked peeking into the paper. "What does it say?"
"These are names of a few spirits, as the solstice makes it easier to travel between the spirit and the natural worlds, some revengeful spirits escape and cause havoc in our world. Wan Shi has sent me the list of the spirits I have to send back to the spirit world and their whereabouts."
"So, you won't be coming to Roku's temple?" Aang turned around.
"If I start now, I can send two spirits back, I will come after that, so.. I will meet you three a couple minutes after the solstice starts directy at the temple. But, I will have to leave again to send all of the spirits back." Saori explained. "I'll join you three here and there for a few hours within the next couple days."
"How long will it take for you to send all of them back?" Sokka asked.
"Including the time I will be with you three, I guess around three to four days." She nodded. "Very well, to boil it down, for the next four days, I will appear and disappear inbetween. See you at the solstice."
The girl jumped off the bison, opening a portal a few meters under her.
She disappeared into the portal as it closed behind her.
"Well, we better hurry." Katara turned to Aang. "It's already late morning."
Time skip
The waterbender watched the Fire price's ship gaining on them.
"There's a blockade!" Aang called out to the siblings.
Saori's POV:
I forced the rabid spirit inside the portal as Koh laughed in my head.
"Shut up for a second Koh, I am trying here." I scowled.
"Your little friends are in some hot water right now. Don't you wanna help them?" He chuckled.
"They will be just fine, I am sure. Now, where does the portal open up to?" I asked watching the portal close.
"The Sashi lake." Koh answered. "You have to go to your little buddies after that."
"Okay."
A portal opened under my feet as I dropped in. A small yelp escaped my lips as I fell out of it.
"At least tell me that you are teleporting me somewhere." I groaned annoyed, at which Koh just laughed. "Someone's in a good mode today." I spoke to myself.
"Watch out, brat, the spirit is still on the loose."
The funky looking spirit attacked from behind, pulling out my katana I cut one of the spirit's limbs off.
