"Hey, Link?" Tetra asked, still staring at the shining key, "Do you think I'm a bad person?"
"Of course not! Why would I?! You saved me multiple times!" I quickly exclaimed.
"Although that's true...I also almost killed you once. You almost drowned because of me, and you saved my life, too, even if I don't want to admit it." Tetra said, looking back at me.
"I'm sure you could've figured your way out of that tree mess on your own, and I'm not dead, am I?" I asked.
"No,"
"And...?"
"And I still shouldn't have done what I did, no matter what you're trying to get me to say."
"But because of what you did, I—First of all, I'm still alive—and I met you! I think it's nice to have someone close to my age to talk to, and you're the only one who does that for me!" I exclaimed, smiling, "I actually feel comfortable speaking around you!"
"Hey, Link," Tetra said, "I'm glad I came here with you. We're getting to know each other well."
"Yeah, if that's what you wanna do, I guess. I'm glad you came because now I know that if you or I get hurt, the other can go get help!"
"Yeah..."
"You sound a little...sad... Are you okay?"
"I'm fine." Tetra said, lifting up her hand to her face to wipe her eye, but covering it up by brushing her hair back.
"I know there's something wrong." I said.
"Even if there was, I wouldn't tell you!"
"Please tell me!"
"Okay, fine... You know how, earlier, I mentioned I've fought in battles I don't feel comfortable talking about or even mildly bringing up?"
"Yeah, what about it?"
"So... There's a little thing...I have... From one of those.......... And you remind me a bit of who I fought getting what I have..." Tetra paused in between small sentences, "...I don't like showing it to people, either... But since you're so curious, and won't stop asking until I show you, I'll show you."
"It's not anywhere private, is it?! I'll step back if you need a minute! I don't want to be any sort of pervert or anything like that I'm just a little curious and kind of worried is all! I just want to make sure you're okay! You don't have to show me, really, unless you want to! Yeah! I'll step into another room for a minute if you need-" I panicked and started talking faster.
"Link! Calm down!" Tetra yelled, "It's on my back!"
"Oh, okay... Phew..."
"...And on my chest."
"Huh?!"
"Upper chest, Link!"
"Oh..."
"You're insane."
"I know." I said, "Just show me the one on your back, I don't feel comfortable being that close to your chest... It'll embarrass me..."
"But there's no one here to be embarrassed in front of."
"I feel guilty."
"For what?"
I didn't respond to that, but instead gave my own mind a concerned look.
"Oh, Link. There's nothing to worry about. I don't care." Tetra said.
"Y-You're lying... I- ... I will just check the one on your back!"
