I woke up after Tetra did this time.

Spirit was still fast asleep with his head laying on my belly.

I nudged him with my right hand.

"Spirit, hey. Wake up." I said.

He groaned, then reached up and scratched my belly with his hand to get me to stop.

Unfortunately for him, I'm not a dog. That doesn't work on me.

"Spirit, hey!" I shook him by his shoulder.

He didn't wake up again.

So I lightly patted his back.

He shot up and looked panicked.

"What?! Are we being attacked?! Oh. It was just you." Spirit stared at me for a moment, then punched me in the stomach, "Mean!"

I just looked at him.

"Do you need to go to the bathroom?" I asked him.

"Where?"

"Oh my gods- TETRA!" I called for her to help me explain it to him.

"What do you want?!" Tetra yelled.

"Come here!" I called again.

She walked over and rolled her eyes at me, "What."

"Can you explain to Spirit what the phrase 'Going to the bathroom' means?"

"I dunno...Can I?"

"Tetra, please."

"Why're my pants wet?" Spirit asked.

Tetra blurted out laughing so quickly she fell into a sitting position on the floor.

"It was a serious question! I don't get it!" Spirit exclaimed.

I sighed and put my hand over my face.

"And why does my stomach hurt? Am I dying? OH MY GODS AM I BEING EATEN FROM THE INSIDE OUT?!"

"That's called hunger." I said.

Tetra was still dying laughing.

"Tetra, stop." I told her.

"I- Hah... I can't, man- He really asked why his pants were wet! Can you believe that?" Tetra wiped her eyes and tried to catch her breath.

"It was a question!" Spirit yelled.

"Both you you two just shut up." I said.

"Aight. My bad." Tetra giggled.

"And why is my mouth so dry?! I swear I'm dying!"

"Spirit, calm down." I said as he brushed his fingers against his tongue after taking his gloves off.

"Oh, sh- Shoot! We still need to teach him to eat, don't we?" Tetra asked me, "Does he know how?"

"Of course he doesn't. Of course he doesn't!"

"I-I'm sorry-" Spirit began.

"It's fine, don't say anything. It'll make me even more upset."

"My gloves probably need washed. They probably have chemicals on them." Spirit help his glove up to his nose.

I heard him breathe inward, then begin to choke on whatever he had just breathed in.

"Yup! They- -definitely have chemicals on- -them!" Spirit coughed between words.

As he continued to cough, he began to gag and his body would lurch forward.

Tetra got up and put his mouth over the edge just in time before he threw up just straight green into the water.
