I watered the bomb flowers with water I collected from the left over puddle of the spring.
And as I planned, the bomb flower grew nice and big!
I lifted it into the air and threw it at the huge stone plugging the spring. The stone shattered, unplugging the spring, allowing me to swim across.
When I did swim across, though the other side was kind of nerve racking.
There was hot lava and statues with pots in their hands. ...Not to mention the pool of lava was big enough that I couldn't cross it.
I couldn't jump across, and certainly couldn't swim.
Well...I probably couldn't make the jump across.
But I'm not going to try.
"Ooh! Bomb flowers!" I exclaimed, reading my thoughts aloud as I found some dried up bomb flowers.
I went back over to the newly unplugged spring and laid on my belly to get more water.
I could just barely reach it!
My first thought was to throw a bomb into each of those pots the statues were holding. The force could knock them down, and I'd have a way across.
And so I tried the first one.
Once the bomb exploded, the statue rattled and fell down, just as I had hoped!
So I did the same to the other.
It also rattled, then fell down, making me a path across the lava. I had to jump across the two fallen statues, but that's quite alright.
I don't need to burn my butt on lava, thanks!
"Link!" Tetra yelled my name, "Hey! I won, Link!"
"O-Oh! Of course you did, nice! Was the information I told you useful or no?" I asked.
"It was very useful. Matter of fact, the things you told me were constantly reminding me to not aim for his stomach, like I typically would."
"What other battles have you been in, Tetra?"
"Lots of them, and some even I'm uncomfortable sharing."
"Oh, okay, then. I won't ask."
"Well? What are you doing?" Tetra asked as the huge stone door screeched open, the rock dragging on other rock.
I covered my ears so hard that I actually think I might have damaged my hearing.
"Aah! Link, what's happening?! Tell me what's going on!" Tetra screamed just a little bit at the start, but then remembered she was talking to me.
"It's a stone door!" I yelled, trying to be louder than the noise.
The noise stopped, and the door was completely open.
"Ughh...If I have to hear all that again, I'm gonna get sick." I groaned, wobbling inside.
There was three square rocks with a statue on each.
One to the right had green moss on it, and stone building around it. That one hadn't been moved in a while.
The others, however, were completely bare of any sort of aging representative, such as the moss, or even having slight chips in the corners.
And some of the floor was taken out for or by them.
I tried to pull one of them, the left one—The only one I could—and it moved when I used all my weight.
