Ace searched everywhere for her. Getting in and out the car, searching in alleys and smaller passageways. Yet he found nothing.

"Looking for something Merrill?"

Ace turned as he saw the same guys from that night at Irbys. Groaning he shook his head.

"No now just fuck off my back before I fuck up your face even more." He snapped as he went to go back over to his car.

One of them moved, blocking his path. "I don't think that's gonna happen cobra."

Ace groaned once more as he knew what was coming. He didn't have the fucking time for this. But of course being Ace Merrill, nothing stopped him before.

An hour later and he was once again sat in the back of a police car, being driven to the station. Someone had been awoken by the sounds of the fighting and had called the police. Except this time, one of the others had been caught too.

"You ain't never gonna learn are you Merrill?" The officer asked from the front of the car.

Ace only grunted a response as he shuffled in his seat, feeling uncomfortable from having his hands cuffed behind his back.

The officer laughed slightly. "You know if you just wanted to see her again, all you had to do was ask."

Ace's head snapped to the officer driving. "The fuck did you just say?"

The officer seemed shocked but pulled the car up outside the station. He got out and opened the door, taking Ace's arm and pulling him out.

"The fuck did you mean, I just had to ask?" Ace snapped at the officer as he led him inside, ignoring the glares he was getting from the other guy half-beaten into an unconscious state.

The officer laughed slightly as he led them inside. "I mean you just had to ask." He mumbled once more as both boys were led in.

Ace instantly the loud sounds of shouts coming from the back rooms with the cells. His head once again snapped to his arresting officer.

"You locked her up again?!" He snapped angrily.

The other officers in the station seemed somewhat confused by Ace's outburst.

"Locked up who?" Jake, Ace's View enemy mumbled.

Ace glared at him. "Shut the fuck up! It's got fuck all to do with you." He snapped.

Jake was about to retaliate but both boys were dragged apart by the officers.

"Leave it guys!" One of them shouted as he began to log their information down.

Both were well known to all the officers so they'd didn't even flinch or hesitate at filling in all the necessary information. The officer nodded at the others, giving them the go ahead to take them back to the cells.

Ace and Jake were lead away, Ace moving at a quicker pace, eager to see if they really had got Vivian again.

They had.

She was kicking off in her cell, same one as before. Yet she stopped as she heard the doors. Moving over to her bars she leant on them as her mouth dropped, seeing Ace brought in.

Ace was quickly locked in the cell opposite hers and Jake was locked in the one next to his. Ace managed to pull his gaze from her as he turned and allowed the officer to remove his cuffs, before quickly turning back to face her.

"The fuck happened to you?!" He demanded an answer.

"What the fuck does it look like?!" She snapped back, gesturing to the cell around her.

"I meant what the fuck did you do?!" He snapped as he leant against his own cell door.

"Can you two shut the fuck up?" Jake groaned from his own cell as he sat down. "Not gonna fucking listen to Merrill and his bitch argue all night."

Vivian was about to protest but Ace beat her to it.

"Shut the fuck up before I beat your ass a fucking third time!" Ace snapped in the direction of his cell.

Jake scoffed. "Yeah cause you wouldn't wanna go down in front of the missus." He grumbled as he leant back against the wall and finally looked over at Vivian, eying her up and down he took in her full appearance. She looked just as battered and bruised as he did.

"Damn Ace, didn't take you for a wife beater." He mumbled as he leant forward.

"I ain't fuck all to Ace." Vivian finally spat back.

Jake nodded slowly. "You two ain't a thing?" He asked pointing between the pair.

Ace scoffed as Vivian shook her head.

"Not a fucking chance." Vivian snapped as she kept her death glare on Jake.

Jake nodded slowly. "Then you won't mind if I take a crack?" He asked, looking to his side where Ace's cell was.

Vivian snorted in disgust. "Bite me."

Jake laughed at her response as he leant against the bars, leaning closer to Ace's cell at his side.

"She always this feisty?" He asked.

Ace shut his eyes tightly but it didn't work, the thought of Jake trying to hook with Vivian caused him to reach his arm through his own bars. He took a cautious swing as his fist went through Jake's bars and cracked him straight on the jaw.

Naturally because Ace couldn't get full force from the annoying angles he was having to be, it didn't have the full impact that he wanted. But judging from Jake's reaction of moaning in pain and grumbling off, he figured it got the message across.

Ace looked over at Vivian. "Did you go back?" He asked quietly, letting his arms hang through the bars.

Vivian was silent.

Ace sighed as he leant his head forward and felt his forehead rest against the cold bars. "Why?"

Vivian was silent once more as she pushed herself off her own bars and walked over to her cot. Ace watched as she lay down and faced away from him.

He sighed as he pushed himself his own bars and walked back over to the cot. Just when he thought he would get a night at home, he ended up right back here. He managed to get comfortable before looking over at Vivian.

"If whatever it is means that much to you, we'll help you." Ace mumbled, knowing she could hear him.

He knew Jake could hear too but he wasn't concerned with him. Hell he'd let Vivian take a crack at him and he'd soon shut up.

"Sweet dreams." Ace mumbled as he watched Vivian shuffle about slightly before laying still.
