After a few hours of Jake's constant moaning, winding Ace up about Vivian and Vivian telling me over and over to 'bite me' and 'fuck off', an officer soon came to tell them they'd all made bail.

Vivian found herself surprisingly staying closer to Ace as her locket was returned to her and the three were allowed to leave.

Ace watched curiously as she clutched the locket close to her chest before quickly clipping it around her neck once more.

It was a stalemate when the three finally ventured out the station.

Vivian saw the cobras standing on one side of the street, while there was another bunch of guys on the other.

Both groups were staring each other down as Jake went over to one and Ace slowly went towards the cobras.

Vivian's instinct led her to follow Ace, until she heard a familiar voice speak up from the other group.

"You calmed down now sweetheart?!"

Vivian saw red.

Yet before she could spin to go for him, she felt two hands grab her arms tight and yank her backwards.

The other cobras naturally joined Ace's side, yet none had the guts to reach out and try hold Vivian back.

Ace watched as the other guys began to walk down the street, laughing and encouraging the one who had called out to her.

Vivian turned her head to Ace as he got the full wrath of her glare.

"Remove your hands before I break them." She snarled out at him.

Ace saw the fire burning from inside her, if he let her go, it would become uncontrollable.

He was silent as he continued to glare down at her.

"Ace Merrill. Remove your fucking hands. Now." Vivian bit her tongue as she felt the insane urge to punch him, except he was holding her still, so she couldn't.

"Not until you calm the fuck down." Ace snapped back.

Each of the cobras took a small step back, they all knew what Ace's temper could be like but knew he wouldn't hit a girl. And having seen what this girl was capable of, even they weren't sure who would win this.

"Let me go and I'll be calm." Vivian bit back, her harsh tone slowly disappearing.

"You become calm first then I'll let you go." Ace wasn't budging.

"Bite me."

"I've said it before and I'll say it again." Ace started as he leant closer to her. "Don't tempt me."

"Are you two gonna fight it out or fuck it out? Because I can't tell."

Ace and Vivian's attention snapped to Eyeball as he shrugged slightly, gesturing between them.

"Seriously! I can't tell!"

Vivian turned her attention back to Ace. "Fuck off Merrill."

She watched as a small smirk came to his face. "We both know that's your way of saying you love me. Now are you gonna tell me who that was?" He asked.

Vivian stayed silent as she continued to glare at him.

"Want me to go find out?" He asked as he tilted his head to the side.

"It's my business Merrill. So stay out of it."

"Well clearly you can't fucking handle it yourself so why don't you just accept some fucking help!" He snapped at her, feeling his frustration rise at the thought of her getting herself locked up again.

Yet before Vivian could snap back another voice was heard.

"Vivian!"

She snapped her head around instantly. Ace's grip loosened as she raced over towards another guy.

Practically jumping into his grip he held her tightly as he gently lifted her before placing her back down.

Eyeball took a small cautious step closer towards Ace as they all watched her reunite with this guy.

"Two things." He started. "One, who the fuck is Vivian? And two, you the main man or the bit on the side?" Eyeball quickly asked before leaping back and yanking Fuzzy into Ace's fist that came swinging out.

Fuzzy doubled over as he began insulting Eyeball, who just laughed.

"Her real name is Vivian you moron." Billy mumbled as he smacked Eyeball's arm before looking at Ace.

"But seriously, she banging both of you or what?" He asked as he took a quick step back, seeing Ace's face.

Ace returned his focus to Vivian and this new guy. He watched as her attitude had completely changed, she was no longer the bitchy girl she had been with him, she was happy and smiling as she re-wrapped her arms around his waist and hugged him tight.

Ace didn't fully understand the feeling he had as he felt Eyeball's hand rest on his shoulder.

"Sorry buddy." He mumbled.

Ace shook him off quickly as he took off walking towards Vivian and him.

The man's happy expression disappeared as he saw Ace approaching, followed by the others. Vivian caught it as she turned to Ace, still leaning closer to him.

"Ace this is my brother, Alex. Alex this is Ace, the guy I told you about."

Ace felt that uncomfortable feeling disappear as he watched Alex hold his hand out. Steadily both boys shook hands as Alex looked at each cobra carefully.

"You sure know how to pick 'em don't you?" He mumbled as he leant towards his sister.

Vivian's hand instantly went out and smacked his chest. He winced slightly but looked between his sister and the cobras.

"So you're telling me you have the cobras on your side and you haven't used them yet?" Her brother asked again.

Vivian glared at him. "Because I don't need them, that's why." She snapped.

Alex scoffed under his breath as she continued to glare.

"Still missing that something from that someone aye?" Ace asked her sarcastically as he crossed his arms over his chest.

Vivian turned her glare to Ace. "We've been through this Merrill, I don't need you."

Ace kept his gaze on her. "It was him wasn't it? I heard what he called you."

Vivian clenched as her brother looked to her in shock, as though he demanded an explanation.

"He was here?!" He snapped at her. "Was he with him?"

Vivian shook her head slowly. "Clearly left him at home."

Yet before Alex could reply, Vivian continued.

"I have to go get him Alex," her face turned desperate. "You're either coming with me or your not. But I'm going."

And with her final sentence she turned and began walking off. Ace and the other cobras all turned to Alex with blank, confused looks on their faces.

"Better for you to see it than hear me say it." Alex mumbled as he kept his gaze on Ace.

Alex turned and followed his sister as Ace instantly began to follow. The other cobras all exchanged a glance before shrugging and following in tow.
