Vivian managed to make some food for everyone, whilst learning boys couldn't help themselves.

She had to smack Alex and Eyeball's hands multiple times as they tried to sneak food away.

Unfortunately for her, it seemed her brother had found a new brother himself as they both ended up working together.

One took the hit while the other took enough for both of them.

"I fucking hate you both so much!" She snapped as she hit them both as they took off outside.

"Like dealing with fucking children." She grumbled as she tried to ignore their laughter.

Ace finally walked in, John still happily on his hip trying to eat his shirt.

"You good?" He asked, sensing her annoyed tone.

Vivian let out a sigh as she leant against the counter.

"If he grows up like Alex or Eyeball then his parents are gonna be fucked." She grumbled out.

Ace walked over to her slowly.

"You still want to send him away don't you?" He almost felt himself clutch the young baby closer.

Vivian sighed as she brought a hand up to her hair, running her fingers through it as she took a deep breath.

"It's for his best chance Ace." She whimpered out.

"I can't keep fighting with Zach over him, I can't keep expecting you and the others to go get him back and..." she sighed again. "I just can't do it, I'm not cut out to be a mum."

Ace watched as she looked up at him, tears faintly forming in her eyes.

"That your final decision?" He questioned quietly as he walked in front of her.

Vivian looked from him down to John in his arms as the young infant looked between her and Ace.

"It's for his best chance." She let out a small whisper.

Ace nodded slowly. Though he felt the strange sensation of feeling pain at the thought of having to hand the baby over.

"When do you want to do it?" He asked quietly again as he felt himself clutch John tighter.

Vivian shrugged slightly but looked out at the garden, where the other cobras were.

"Can you tell them?" She asked quietly as she slowly leant her head closer, it rested against John's as Ace felt a strange family feeling.

He nodded slowly. "You wanna take him?"

Vivian shook her head as she walked past him, going into the hall before Ace heard the sound of her going upstairs.

He sighed slightly as he looked down at John in his arms as the baby stared up at him.

"Don't look at me like that." He mumbled to the infant. "I can't do anything, I ain't your dad..." his voice trailed off as he brought a hand up and watched as John reached out and wrapped his small hand around Ace's middle finger.

"I ain't your dad..." he mumbled again as he watched the boy wave his hand around before he shoved Ace's finger in his mouth and began trying to bite it.

"Stop looking at me like that." Ace grumbled as also found himself struggling to look away from the small baby.

Ace watched as John continued to slobber all over his finger, glancing up at Ace.

"You're just a baby..." he mumbled as John continued to stare up at him with wide eyes.

"You deserve a proper mum and dad..."
