C: "They're getting close now, I can hear the rotors."

"Will we be safe with them? They'll hurt you for what you know."

C: "They're good people, especially this one.

"Commander, we're nearing the location of the beacon, do you see it?" M4 reaches a gloved hand from its hold on her rifle and plucks the cigarette out of Krieger's mouth before chucking it out the side door of the transport, getting his attention.

K: "I was only halfway done with that, yes, I see the spot now, it used to be home."

M4: "You had one already."

K: "Fine, fine. M4, 12, get your teams inside the caves, secure our VIP and hold fire unless one of them shoots first. SAT, set your team up around the mouth, 5 feet apart, anything that looks Russian, shoot it."

SAT: "Roger that Commander!"

The heli stops right above the lip of the cave and its passengers disembark moving to their assigned positions before the Blackhawk moves to a safe zone hidden by the bulk of the rocky slopes. Krieger steps into the cave noting the new footprints among the old, the smell of MREs, and there in the back where 12 and M4's team have stopped stand 2 figures.

K: "Colonel, long time no see."

C: "To you as well Commander."

"What will you do with us?"

C: "Hush Svetlana, trust him."

S: "Tell me, or I won't come."

K: "You're seeking asylum from the Russian government and the KCCO, you will be treated as civilians, G&K does not engage in any violations of the Geneva convention Ma'am."

S: "What will you do with my husband?"

K: "We will treat him as a prisoner of war, if he wishes to divulge information, then he may, he will be interned at the assigned sector base until the cease of all hostilities between his former allegiance and G&K."

S: "You're still spouting jargon and information, tell me."

K: "He will be interned at my base, no one will lay a finger, blade, or gun barrel on him on my watch, he's already been as cooperative as possible. Does that suit you?"

S: "...."

C: "See, Kriegers a good man, he'll tak-

S: "I have a child."

K: "Then he'll be given the necessary nutrition, education, and care to raise him properly, alongside the watch of several echelons of caring and protective dolls."

C: "Svetlana.."

S: "I trust him."

K: "Very well, now that we have finished this, we must.. How do the Americans say it, "Make like a tree?"

C: "I agree with this American words."

K: "Yes, but stay here for a second, we must secure the LZ for the transports."

The Commander nods towards M4, as 12 and her team take a seat, and Krieger steps outside pulling a flare gun from a holster on his side, he holds up one hand with two fingers, visible in the darkness from the HOC teams view as he clicks the trigger and the red shell streaks out of the tube illuminating several squads of men donning green armor and several struggling Manticores. With a downward motion of his hand, the MG team and HOC's open fire, putting ruin to the ambush laid by the following KCCO.

K: "KEEP FIRING, KEEP THEM DOWN. FIVE MINUTES TO DUSTOFF, TOSS SMOKE AND FRAGS BY ONE MINUTE, AND BREAK FOR THE TRANSPORT.

C: "They're here already, my apologies for getting you into this Krieger."

K: "Apologize when we get back home to base. M4, 12, escort the Colonel and his wife to the transport, get those engines running."

M4 :" We're on our way."

K: "PKP, move that pocket of men to your right into Negevs kill zone, same goes for you RPK, don't let them encircle us, evac in 2 minutes."

Krieger turns and follows after his 2 teams, heading for the already spooled up Blackhawk, he jumps in and pulls on a headset before buckling himself in a side gun as the bird lifts off and banks over the ridge arriving at the mouth of the cave. The second transport arrives as the MG team packs up and jumps on, by the time to smoke clears for the remaining attackers, the enemy is long gone.
