The commander blinked his eyes open, dust drifted around him illuminated by the incoming sunlight, his ears ringing from the explosion, he tried to pick himself backup. Couldn't, he noticed his prosthetic crushed under a crumbled concrete wall, and found a piece of iron rebar running through his torso, the dulled pain shooting back intensely, grimacing he touched his blood stained fingers to his earpiece... Wasn't there, a quick look around he found it ruined a small bit of it sticking out of collapsed wall section, a quiet moment he heard hurried and fast footsteps.

"Commander! Don't worry we'll get you out of this."

"It's fine M4 *Cough* warn the others get them out, building might still collapse *Cough*"

"B-But I can't leave you here! We are expendable you're not, come on lets go!"

Krieger could see the artificial tears well up in M4's eye's, though they weren't considered human, they were still given emotions.

"*Cough* you need to get them out, don't worry about me *cough*"

"B-But you have to promise me you will still be here right? promise me."

"Of course, I promise my precious."

M4 left leaving the commander in this position, he had time to think, how could he have missed such a possibility, it was foolish of him to not think this might befall him sooner or later, instances like this had happened in nearby sectors before, either missing the commanders, or worse, entire echelons and commanders were wiped from those charges, he should have taken more caution, the structure around him shook, how did this happen? Mass bomb? No can't be anything could have done the job, some piled up weapons and explosives, or judges ammo could have been set, didn't need some super explosive, he had done such tactics before working in the Urals. 

Krieger shook his head to try and keep awake but the outside sounds started to dull, the ringing soon dissappeared, and his vision started to blurr and darken, he blinked his eyes to clear them up but made it worse, he jabbed a bloody gloved finger into the rebar wound to keep himself awake but everything just became more and more dulled, a figure and 5 more appeared at his side, one leaned in close said something to him... sounded like he was underwater, couldn't hear anything, as he barely felt the figure lean in close to wrap its arms around him, his eyes now to heavy to keep open, he heard a muffled No! But his vision soon darkened gone...

haha... I lied  its a three parter, honestly because I finished this part by 9:41PM I didn't want to keep typing so uh yeah part 3 coming tomorow. And uh first time I have had more narration than dialogue wow, any thoughts?
