Chapter 19: Do-over

"Dad let me go." I said, trying to push my red-headed father off of me. He may have only one arm, but damn that one arm is strong.

"No, just this morning I found out you're leaving me, and now just a few hours later all your stuff is out of the house. A father needs time to process things (y/n). Why do you hate me?" Shanks whined.

I was trying to get out the front door and back to my truck. Ace and I only had this last trip, then all of our stuff would be at our new house. It only took about four hours to move. It helps when you don't have a lot.

While I was dealing with Shanks, Ace was dealing with Luffy who was hugging him so tight that Ace could barely breathe.

"Get off of me Luffy."

"No. First Sabo left, now you."

Law suddenly came into the living looking confused. He's been hiding out in his room for hours. I haven't even told him I'm moving out yet.

"What the hell is happening?" Law asked.

"(y/n)'s leaving me." Shanks whined some more. "She's moving out to go live with Ace in his new house down the road."

Law looked at me like I had just killed Bepo.

"What? You can't move out so suddenly. You can't leave me to deal with Shanks and Luffy by myself. I'm coming with you."

"I'm coming too," Luffy stated.

"Same." Shanks joined.

"No. No one is coming with us. (y/n) and I are living by ourselves. As Shanks said, we will be just down the road." Ace said irritated. He finally got Luffy off of him, then he made his way over to me and my father to pull him off of me.

Ace pulled me outside as everyone followed with offended looks on their faces. We made our way to the truck which was filled with our furniture, like our beds and desks.

"I'll come by to pick you guys up for work and school every day, so don't worry," I said.

"Thank you. Just call me if you ever need anything and I'll run right over." Shanks hugged me one last time. He may be a pain in the ass, but I couldn't have asked for a better dad.

We said our goodbyes like we weren't just moving ten minutes away. While Law hugged me he tried his best to convince me one last time to stay to no avail. We eventually got in our car and left for our new house. Once we brought everything over, we started to unpack everything into the proper rooms.

Since we just put everything into the truck and not in boxes, it didn't take very long to put everything away. By the time we were done, it was already night. We went to our new room and flopped onto the bed next to each other.

Ace turned onto his side and I followed his lead so we were looking at each other.

"I'm glad you agreed to move in with me. When did you decide you would?" He asked.

"This morning. I was debating it since the first time you brought it up though."

Ace smiled before he placed his hand on my head and brought it close to his. Our foreheads touched as our lips grazed each other. I moved my head to place my lips on his and we started making out. Ace flipped us over so that he was on top of me.

"I know the perfect way to break in the new house." Ace smirked. He got off of me and ran out of the room. He came back a few seconds later with a condom wrapper in his hand.

"Do you need me to put it on again?" I asked. Ace shook his head as he quickly opened the wrapper and walked toward me. I undid his belt and his zipper before pulling his pants down. "You're already hard? Let me guess, you got the idea to do this a while ago, and couldn't stop thinking about it?"
