The next morning I walk into Shay's room when I see the love of my life wobbling out of the washroom with the help of the nurse. She is just so beautiful I thought to myself with a smile. The nurse helps her get into bed and she breathes a long sign.

"There you go Ms. knight". The nurse fluffs Shay's pillow as she lays back.

"Thank you nurse". She smiles and then she turns her head and notices me.

"Hey baby". She smiles that beautiful smile.

"Hey baby girl".

I kiss her softly and she morns into my mouth.

"What took you so long?" She giggles.

The nurse gives us a quick glance with a smirk. I take the chance and kiss my beautiful queen again. I was in complete happiness that Shay was good and our twins were good. The fact that I had almost lost my family was hard to deal with.

"I think I will leave you too alone now." The nurse continues to smirk and leaves the room quietly.

We both start to laugh when Shay turn serious, and I know something is up.

"Hey baby girl". I caress and kiss her frown brow gently. "What's up?".

"It's noting babe. Just had a bad dream last night I think".

" You want to talk about it?" I sit down interlocking our fingers together, letting her know she can tell me anything.

"Ok" she breathes. "Well I thought I saw a dark silhouette in my room last night after I woke up". she frowns her brows again.

"Baby girl". I call softly .

"Mmmm." She answers.

"What did this dark silhouette look like?"

"I don't know JC". She throws up her hands in frustration. "It was dark and when I turned on the light it was gone I figure I was dreaming it up".

"Shay I need to tell you something".

She is quiet for a minute as she ponders what I am about to tell her.

"What is it JC? Are the babies ok? Please tell me our babies are ok". She places both hands delicately on her growing belly where our babies are growing safe and healthy.

"No baby girl, the babies are good. This is about Unknown and his connection to you".

"Unknown?" She blinks a couple of times. "I remember he calls himself a friend but how is he connected to me JC?"

"We don't know yet baby girl but he is no fucking friend trust me".

"He set up your accident with Dimond's fucking help" I was still angry and pissed when I think about how close I came to losing my family all because of Dimond and her need to get me back.

"What? Shay tires to sit up.

"Dimond was found murdered weeks ago in her hotel room".

"What Dimond is dead?"

Shay flops her head back on the pillows and curses under her breathe, processing what I just revealed to her.

"So your saying that Dimond and this Unknown character could have killed me and our babies?"

I nod my head. "Yes baby girl".

I could see she was getting angry I needed to calm her down and fast.
