Erin POV

I'm so big yeah it's probably twins. It will be quite the little group of twins as Tara is having twins or so we think there's so much baby on a tiny body, Aaron and Eric are so sweet with her. The good news is there's a proper doctor here now. The army said we needed one even thou Aaron is doing a good job, it's good to have one here.

(Help me sis I need you!)

"Oh god!"

"What babe is the baby?"

"No it's Eric something's wrong."

"What do you mean something's wrong?"

"He's worried I need to go to him." I jump out of bed and start to get dress this belly is so big. I'm bigger then I was with the twins I swear if it's triplets I'll kill him.

"Okay babe settle yourself it's no good getting yourself upset."

"I know but something's wrong. Look after the kids babe."

"Hey kiss me babe." I walk over and kiss him. "Everything will be fine."

I run out the door.

An hour earlier....

Eric POV

I couldn't sleep Aaron got called into the clinic there's a cold bug going around at the moment a few of our group are sick.

"Oh god!"

"What is Tar?"

"Something's wrong. I think the baby just kicked a hole in me."

"You want doctor Thomas to check you out?"

"I'm going to the toilet then we can go see him make sure everything ok."

"Okay doll take your time. You know it took Erin like ten hours to have the twins so you have a long time." I leave her to do her business.

"Eric! Help me." I open the bathroom door there is blood everywhere.

"Oh god Tara come on girl lets get you to the clinic."

"I'm dying I'm killing them."

"No you aren't dying babe. Come on let me help you." I struggled I got her outside then I picked her up and carried her to the clinic which thankfully it wasn't far from home. "Help me Aaron she's bleeding."

"So Eric what happened?"

"She said the baby kicked her and went to the bathroom I found her the floor was covered in blood."

"Tara honey we need to see what's happened doc will be as gentle as he can scream if you have to."

Thomas moved her legs to the stirrups there was blood everywhere.

"She's haemorrhaging guys we need to get this baby outta her, I can't feel a head. I feel a foot so it's breech as well. Aaron grab the anesthesia Tara I don't wanna hurt you I need to put you under its the safest way to do this."

"Okay doc just do it save my baby don't care about me its more important."

I watched Aaron grab the needle and stick Tara with it and she quickly went under.

"Aaron scrub up I need you unless you want to get Rosita, if you don't think you'll be able to cope decide now time is wasting or both mother and child will die."

"No I'm here Thomas. Save them please doc."

"Eric babe can you make room for us or stay near Tara's head okay babe."

"I'm going to try my best, but I don't know honestly even if this was a proper hospital I don't know if I can save them both."

"You have to try."

"Okay Aaron you ready?"

"As I will ever be."

I watch Thomas as he slices into Tara's stomach. I look away I've never been good with blood that was always Erin's thing.

"Okay I can see the uterus another minute the baby will be out. Hey wait a minute there's twins here. Here's the first one. It's a girl. Eric you need to take her." I walk over and she is placed in my arms. "Aaron how is she doing?"

"Pulse and breathing are slow, blood pressure dropping."

"Okay here's the second baby it's a boy. I should have gotten you to get Rosita I need you here we need to find the source of this bleeding."

(Sis I need you now please help me!) I can hear the babies crying then I hear it a loud buzzing.

"Shit she's flatlining. We need to bag her and charge the paddles."

I put the babies on the bed nearby what is happening. I have a beautiful son and daughter.

"Come on Tara. You are strong woman babe, your babies need you."

"Charging clear." I see Thomas put them on Tara and she is shocked. "Anything?"

"No again. Charging clear." They shock her again.

"Eric I'm here. Oh god can I do Anything?"

"Can you take one of these babies?"

"Oh congrats brother. I'm sorry I didn't get here any quicker."

"We can't keep hitting her Aaron we have to call it."

"Oh god."

"Time of death 6.15am."

I put my son down and went and fell into Aaron's arms and we cried into each other.

"I'm really sorry for your lose Aaron and Eric. I'm going to have a look at the babies now okay, make sure they are healthy."

"I know it's not the time or the place Eric and Aaron but I'll help with the milk if you need it. If you want it. I know Rosita and Sasha would as well I can't guarantee it but I definitely can."

"Thanks sis."

"Erin I don't know how long you'll be able to do that for seeming you have you own babies to look after. And two more coming."

"Doc I don't care if you have to attach a breast pump to me twenty four seven I won't let any of these babies starve mine or there's. I am not important these babies are."

"Thank you Erin."

"Hey it's what family does. I'm so sorry for your lose these poor babies. So do they have names?"

"Yeah for our daughter we are going to name her Tara Lilly I know Tara wanted Lilly but I think she should be named after her mom and Peter we never got to a second name did we?"

"No babe."

"Well guys they look good they are a good size not too stressed hungry thou. I forgot to ask Tara had the shot didn't she?"

"Yes she did we all did thou there was a couple that didn't."

"Good as she hasn't come back. She won't. We need to measure these kids. And they are hungry you're their sister right?"

"Yep."

"can you feed them now?"

"Yeah I can." I watch Erin take her top off and offer Tara her breast, she makes herself comfortable and takes Peter as well. "Well they've latched on boys in case you're wondering.

I look around and see my son and daughter our family and the devastation that has occurred here. How will these kids know how great their mom was. She loved them so much, I silently thanked her for this gift that she has given me. And I swear I'll die for these two before anything happens to them.
