one day
i will feel it all
in the moment.
the future will be mine.
i will feel right
in my body,
accept
how my mind works,
be in tune
with myself
and that around me.
it will all be right.

it will be alright.
realistically
that is
not all things can be solved
nor might they ever be
but i can be made
unaware,
blissfully so -
is that wrong to think/
to say/
to write?
that i do not want to know the problems that trouble others?
mine is a mind small
it doesn't do well with too much information
especially which cannot be addressed.
i think
it is okay
to know your limits.
moving back,
the things the bother me
will be laxed
and i will be at ease.
i will have my time
and my freedom
and my comfort.
the future will be mine.
fear will be no more
nor anxiety
nor worry.
the future will be mine.
the world shall be gentle,
as soft as i allow it.
the future will be mine.
my skin and dress will be enough always.
the future will be mine.
yes, the future will be mine.
i shall make it such.
one step at a time
i will keep walking forward
into the path i envision,
clipping weeds
and tending love
as i go.
