CHAPTER THIRTY-THREE
( ladies gotta stick together)

AFTER SPEAKING TO Eddie that night, the Hawkins gang promised that they would bring him food the next morning, and since Luna, Steve, and Robin did not have any shifts that day, they were able to go on a quick grocery run for Eddie. So after eating their breakfasts and getting dressed, Luna and Max were rushing out of the trailer home and climbing into Steve's vehicle with Dustin and Robin who were already with him.

After yet another long drive to Reefer Rick's place, but this time in the light of day, the group walked to the shed and Dustin opened the door.

"Jesus...!" Eddie cried out, holding the broken bottle in his grip. Then he calmed down slightly when he noticed it was just them at the door.

"Delivery service." Dustin greeted him, a bright smile on his face.

Eddie huffed out an exhale as he glanced at the window, Luna chuckled as she held a bag of groceries in her hand. "Sorry, didn't mean to scare you."

Within the next 10 minutes they were all sitting and or standing around in the shed, Eddie was sitting in one of the boats and stuffing his face with some cereal that they brought him while Dustin gave him the update.

"So we got, uh, some good news and some bad news. How do you prefer it?" He asked the teenager who was muching on the Honeycomb cereal.

"Bad news first, always." Eddie took a swig of a bottle of beer they brought him as he awaited the news.

"All right. Bad news. We tapped into the Hawkins PD dispatch with our Cerebro, and they're definitely looking for you." Dustin informed him, "Also, they're, uh, pretty convinced you killed Chrissy." He says, making Eddie's eyes widen at his words.

"Like, 100% kind of convinced." Max added on as the wild haired teen glanced at her.

Then he turned to Dustin, "And the good news?"

"Your name hasn't gone public yet." Robin joined in, "But if we found out about you, it's a matter of time before others do. And once that gets out, everyone and their shallow minded mother is gonna be gunning for you."
