◤CHAPTER TWENTY-NINE◥
( panic at the pep rally )LUNA'S MORNING STARTS with her sleeping in, but as she was busy snoozing her walkie on her bedside table screeched loudly. The voice was unrecognizable to the ginger who was pulled out of her slumber rather quickly, she muttered a few words that were un-eligible and blindly reached for the device. Once she had it in her grip she pulled the antenna out and pressed the button on the side.
"Whoever this is, you better have a very good reason for waking me up at..." She pauses and glanced at her clock, "6:34am in the morning."
The voice on the other end chuckled, she knew that soft laugh anywhere. "And if I don't?"
Luna grinned cheekily as she sat up, "Then I see an arrow shot into the hand of a very certain brunette in the near future."
"Ouch, babe." Steve replied.
Luna giggled, pushing her blankets off her body on her twin bed against the wall of the small bedroom. "Why are you calling so early, Vic?"
"Just reminding you that we have Lucas and Robin's pep rally to go to." He responded, making the ginger girl groan as she throws her head back. "By the sound I'm hearing, I'm assuming you forgot?"
"Yeah," She released a heavy sigh, closing her eyes momentarily. "I forgot, my bad." She kicks her legs over the side of her bed and stands to her feet. "How long until you'll get here?"
"10 minutes, give or take." Steve answered. "Think that'll be enough time?"
"Yeah." Luna nods, running a hand through her wavy red locks. "That's enough time, I'll meet you outside. Over and out."
After placing the walkie back onto her bedside table, she strips out of her pajamas and finds something to wear go the pep rally in her closet, luckily she took a shower the night before so she didn't have to take another one. After she took a couple seconds to decide, she grabs a long sleeved red and black jumper sweater and a pair of blue jeans. After pulling on the articles of clothing she stumbled over to her dresser and opened her sock and underwear drawer, then she found some mitch matched socks and pulled them onto her feet.
