◤CHAPTER THIRTY-FOUR◥ ( creel house demon )
THE THREE GIRLS were in the basement of the library inside of the archives room. Luna and Robin were looking through the newspapers on the machines, but after endless scrolling through news story after news story, they didn't seem to be finding anything that really grabbed their attention or well, explained much of anything about Victor Creel or Creel house in general.
Luna sighed as they went through what she could only assume was their 26th article, "How long have we been down here?"
Robin glanced at her watched, "Atleast an hour and a half."
The red haired girl groaned, glancing up at the ceiling momentarily. "Surely we would've found something by now, right?"
Robin shrugged, "Should I ask Nancy?" Luna simply nodded, and the wavy haired blonde leaned forward so the Wheeler girl could hear her. "So, anything... juicy over there?"
Across the machine she heard the sound of newspaper being scrolled through, "Nothing new." Nancy responded. "You guys?"
"Yeah, same here." Robin spoke.
"Not a damn thing that mentions Creel House being anything other than a tragic murder." Luna dropped her head her head against the surface of the table, "Unbelievable."
"Overall, Victor seemed like a nice guy. Dead family, missing eyes, took a plea deal, sent to Pennhurst. Blah, blah, blah, blah."
Luna lifted her head and leaned around the machine and looked over at Nancy, "What exactly are we looking for here, Nance? Just a ballpark would be nice."
The brunette behind the machine didn't respond, and Luna's brows furrowed in confusion.
