By the way before we start I switched up the scenes a little bit, so the scene where they the gang are talking about Dart is after school instead of during school. Everything stays the same throughout the chapter, that's the only part that changes!

CHAPTER THREE The Slippery Slug Creature ╚════∘◦ ☆ ◦∘════╝
THE NEXT DAY AT schoolLuna was looking for Nancy, ever since Steve told her what happened between the two of them she felt like she had to get down to the bottom of what actually happened. But unfortunately, the brunette was nowhere to be seen for the majority of the day. Just when she was about to give up she was walking into the bathroom, she heard sniffling coming from one of the stalls.
Luna frowned, "Are you okay?"
The sniffling suddenly stop and she heard fumbling, "I'm fine." The voice replied, she quickly recognized it as Nancy's voice.
"Nancy? Is that you?" She sniffs in reply, the ginger walks forward. "It's me, Luna." She places her hand on the door waiting for her friend to talk to her.
"Luna?" Nancy asked, her voice choked up.
"What's wrong, Nancy? You can talk to me."
After a few seconds Nancy opens the door and she immediately runs into Luna's arms, the ginger girl has a trembling brunette crying in her arms and her heart breaks as she holds her new friend tighter. She rubs her back soothingly and eventually Nancy pulls away and wipes at the tears on her face.
"It's Steve." She sniffs , "I guess last night at the party I was drunk and I said some things to him. I tried to apologize but he just told me to tell him that I loved him, I was shocked and I didn't know what to say." Luna nods caressing the girl's shoulder as she listens, "He said I was bullshit and ran off to the gym."
Luna gives the brunette a sympathetic expression, "I'm sure he didn't mean it, Nancy. He's just hurt, just like you are right now. I actually um... I talked to him last night, what you said really hurt him."
Nancy's face crumbles, "But I... I didn't mean it."
Luna tilts her head, "Really?" She glances at the brunette, "You didn't mean any of it?"
