Y/N'S POV:
It was 2 days after the whole Vecna thing. Everyone was either trying to move out of Hawkins or help out. I was currently walking to the hospital. I tried to visit my girlfriend Max as much as I could. Without my own parents having to worry about my whereabouts.
I arrived at the hospital and asked if I could go to Max's room. "and what are you to Misses Max Mayfeild?" The front desk lady asked politely. "um close friend" I said.
Being a lesbian in 1986 wasn't the easiest thing people could accept. She nodded as I continued to walk. Max's room was quiet. I reached into my pocket and pulled out the drawing Max made of us at the movie theater. I hung it up on the wall. I wiped away a slight tear. As I turned back I noticed Max was shifting. My eyes went wide as I heard Max's voice.
