Chapter Sixty
Holiday House, Middle of the Oceane
"I guess I heard my fiancée was dead!" Lila froze on her spot along with Brian while Ares just chuckled and shifted facing Laszlo standing in front of him in a black shirt and ripped jeans.
"I called you!" Ares says angrily and Laszlo just smirks as his eyes never left Astraea. "When are you with the world's most strategic man and ex-mafia king there are two things you should know. One of them is never to trust their words fully!" Laszlo says, stepping closer to Astraea as she sat there clueless.
"You are gonna pay me for that!" Laszlo threatened as he steps closer to Astraea and takes the seat beside her. His hand came on her jaw as his thumb stroked her cheeks and she watched him cluelessly.
"When did you wake up?" Laszlo asked and She nervously glances at her parents. Laszlo tried to figure out things, but he couldn't. She was scared of him. It was like their first forever.
"She remembers everything but you. Which makes enough reason for me to eliminate you from her life," Ares says and Laszlo chuckles.
"One word Ares and I will forget you are going to be my father-in-law." Laszlo threatened and Astraea breathed.
"You guys said I was about to marry him," Astraea says and Brian nods his head. "Why would I marry a jerk who threatens my father!" She asks and Ares immediately chuckles while Laszlo glances at her dumbfoundedly. It was all over again like their first meeting.
"Cause you fell in love with Jerk who is Emperor, Billionaire Business Man, And World Most Feared Mafia, and Who threatened your father!" Ares says with a smile making her smile along.
"Right, I was going to marry a jerk!" Astraea says as her eyes meet green eyes. "I don't remember anything." She says and Laszlo moves closer, putting his hands around her waist.
"It's okay. We will figure it out together!" He says and She moves his hands away from him watching her parents and then him.
"I need time. I was unconscious for seven months and god knows what happened between us. I just can't give you false hope." She says and Laszlo chuckle.
"I am not leaving this place until your name is bound with mine. Call Me Jerk or Selfish. You are getting married to me today and you have enough time to figure out what is happening around you and what happened to us." Laszlo speaks coldly as Astraea tried to free her waist, but he held tighter.
"You are not forcing her Laszlo." Ares threatened him. Laszlo chuckles and watched Ares, "You have no right after the stunt you pulled a week ago with me."
"I let her go 'cause I wanted her to have a life without me. You remember things she doesn't have a world without me. She will always be in threat after the world knows she is the only person I love. So tell me Ares you want your daughter dead or alive." He asked and Ares watched him.
