Chapter Nineteen 

Lila was brought back home after a few days of stay in the hospital. Everyone was staying together at the Rodriguez mansion while Laszlo was with Astraea at his estate for security reasons.

Astraea rolled on her side watching Laszlo's side empty. She sighed and held the white sheet against her body glancing around when Laszlo walked out of the bathroom just in the towel while his hair damps from the shower. She sighed and closed her resting her arching back against the bed.

It felt nice having something relaxing her back until she felt water falling over her face. She opened her blue orbs to meet his green eyes. Laszlo was hovering over her. "You ignored my magnetism!" He asked while she just yawned. 

"I am sore. I didn't ignore that my back is hurting." She replied and he nodded watching her. "I have prepared the warm bath for you. You wanna me join?" He smirked and She watched him warping her arms around his neck. "Though I want to then I am sore and don't have to crake back for the entire day. We have already things on the list today." She speaks and he nods his head grabbing her waist and picking her in his arms. 

They walked inside the bathroom and Laszlo puts her inside the warm jacuzzi watching her relax immediately. "Take your time!" He kissed her forehead and walked out of the bathroom finding the bedsheet in blood. 'Was I harsh with her?' he wondered watching the blood stain. 'No that's not possible.' He walks back into the bathroom watching Astraea relaxing with her closed eyes. 

"Are you okay?" Laszlo asked taking a seat over the edges. Astraea smiled opening her eyes watching him and nodded her head. "You sure? If you are hurt let me know." Laszlo asked out of concern watching her. Astraea couldn't help but keep her smile. "I am not hurt, Husband. I am just sore." She explained when Laszlo nodded his head speaking. "I saw the blood stain over the bed. I thought you were hurt." He asked and her smile evaporated. " I am not hurt and not even on my dates," She explained watching his frown turn into concern. 

"Can we go and see a gynecologist," Laszlo speaks watching as Astraea smiles. "If that eases your concern then we can," She says and he nods his head and kissed her forehead getting up. He walked out of the space giving her time. 

After a long Relaxing bath, Astraea dresses up in a Blue Fitted jacket, Single-breasted Gold buttons, and a Pencil skirt with Hidden zip closure of the Length of the skirt chic ensemble that is crafted in luxurious Italian cotton tweed. 

Astraea walked into the bedroom finding Hector and Laszlo standing. Laszlo stepped closer to her and hold her by the waist. "You sure you are okay?" He asked and she nodded her head with her beautiful smile. She smiled but her smile didn't reach her eyes. "I think we are canceling today's plan," Laszlo said firmly noticing no sign of happiness in Astraea. 

"We can't do that. This was planned since our wedding. People will be hurt!" Astraea speaks stepping and Laszlo watched her without expression. "You are caring for other people than you?"He asked and she smiled. "I am Empress. I have to!" She says and kisses Laszlo's jaw. "Let's go. The sooner we finish the sooner we will be home." She says and he nods his head walking out of the bedroom with her. 

They arrived at the old age home together guarded around with security as Laszlo held Astraea close to him. Old age was filled with people as they gathered around them and facilitated them. Astraea smiled and interacted while Laszlo kept the communication minimal Astraea do all the talking while he did all the formality of the work talking with authorities. He pulls her closer by the shoulder while they interacted with people. Astraea smiled and shifted glancing at Laszlo. 

"I am fine." She speaks as he nods still holding her closer. "I will tell you that when we see the gynecologist." He whispers watching her while she just shakes her head. He watched her when the sign of the red spot over her outfit caught his attention. He sighs his breath and watched Zale and Hector. They stepped closer to them. 

"We are leaving!" Laszlo speaks firmly holding Astraea while she watched him with confusion written all over her face. Laszlo held her quickly dragging her out with him while security surrounded them. 

They arrived back at the Rodriguez mansion while the strong security was on the watch for any threat. Arawn watched Laszlo assisting Astraea for the seat while Astraea was all confused. 

"Everything is fine?" Arawn stepped in watching them while Laszlo nods his head removing his coat and wrapping it around Astraea. "Can you get a family gynecologist here?" Laszlo asked and Arawn watched Astraea with a smile when Laszlo ordered. "Quick!" Hector walked when everyone joined them. 

"Why so much security around?" Brian asked watching Astraea while Arawn left to attend the call. "There is an attempt to attack," Laszlo informs watching Zale stepping with the tab. He grabbed the tab watching the CCTV footage of all around the place at that time. he takes the seat beside Astraea while she watched the footage along with him. She was watching along Laszlo when something caught her eye. 

"Is that Rocco?" She asked as everyone's eyes widen watching them. Laszlo shifts the glance watching her and repeats the footage watching when Rocco's sight was caught. 

"That's impossible he was dead," Elizabeth speaks exchanging a glance with  Laszlo while Laszlo just sat in silence. 'Someone saved him. How can I be a fool thinking he won't have backup when I attack him.' he wondered when his sight shifted to Astraea watching the footage.

"The gynecologist will be here," Arawn speaks earning wide eyes from everyone and then a big smile. "I am not pregnant," Astraea announced as she closed her eyes and leaned over Laszlo's shoulder.  

"She is not!" Laszlo made it clear giving brief smile to everyone holding her closer in his warmth and kissing her forehead. Elizabeth nods her head watching Astraea and exchanging the look with Arawn. Arawn smirked at her while she just smiled walking away with everyone leaving them alone. 

Laszlo held her closer while she lay in silence. "What if you are pregnant?" Laszlo asked holding her closer and remembering the number of times they have unprotected lovemaking everywhere. 

"You think we can manage a baby in this all chaos and when my life is at risk," Astraea speaks opening her eyes and watching him. 

"I will protect our baby with my life." He stare straight into her blue orbs with honesty as she watched him with adoration. She nods her head snuggling closer. "Let's just wait to know what is it." She smiles holding onto his arms as he gave a side kiss on her forehead
