Cafe
"I thought you never called?" Astraea glances at Elizabeth, placing her handbag over the tabletop, and taking her seat while Astraea's gaze falls on security standing holding the guns in their hands.
"Oh, they are Arawn's way of assuring I am okay when he is not around!" Elizabeth explains, glancing at Astraea's blank face.
"I need a favor!" Astraea asked, taking a seat upright, and glancing at Elizabeth. She was purely in a business tone.
"So, my son brought things this far."
"I am probably the blond Barbie doll in his life!" Astraea speaks bitterly, glancing at her coffee mug placed a while ago. She picks it up, glancing at Elizabeth, and sips it.
"What if I ask you to be passive with him!" Elizabeth asks, observing Astraea. Astrea places her coffee mug down and looks at Elizabeth's orbs.
"I can't! I knew this day would come. He has been hiding things and He rarely sees me, talks to me, and definitely does not text me not until it's his business." she speaks and Elizabeth sighs holding her all over the table.
"He won't spare you when you both have been just a few months away from the wedding."
"That's why I called you here on short notice. I Know Rodriguez's history. Sophia ran from Eric. I certainly don't want to run but I want everything off. I want my parent's life spared and no harm should come to them along with Laszlo never looking back at me." Astraea asked with determination. The environment turned cold as she said this. Elizabeth didn't bugle and kept watching her.
"Laszlo likes you. He won't leave you. You have the ring of his name on your finger. You know he is Michelle and Rodrigues's blood." Elizabeth tried to explain the sensitivity of the situation when Astraea sighed ready to pick up her bag and leave.
"Your son is not ever near to like him. I am in his life cause I make the better empress and what all it is. I want normal life Elizabeth. I guess you once wished for this too."
"I did but I got a lot more than a normal life when I became the empress. I had my son; my husband and a family to be home. Think Astraea the moment you took one step away from his life. he will walk in and knock down your doors of safety. You will lose everything in one go. I guess you both have certainly wet far on something." Elizabeths speaks as her coffee gets placed in front of her with a few snacks.
"No, he didn't sleep me though he had a number a chance to knock me up," Astraea says while sipping her untouched coffee finally.
"My son respect you Astraea; I have seen men who don't even treat their wife properly. Give him time."
"You know why I asked for time from you guys for the wedding when you wanted us to get married in a month. I wanted him to give time to our relationship which he didn't."
