Astraea Apartment, After Week
"What are you wearing tonight for homecoming?" Shannon asked while looking at dresses in Astraea's closet. Astraea looks through a new outfit then pulls out an outfit glancing at it.
"I will go with something simple yet sexy." She smirks at Shannon who Chuckles at her and pulls out the outfit kept on the vanity hanger.
"You sure your fiance has no issues with you going with some other guy," Shannon asked glancing at Astraea's outfit.
"He careless about it. The last time I saw him is the day I don't wanna remember again in my life. We haven't talked or seen each other for a week now when I know he is here all time and traveling frequently to Altarvia and London." Astraea answers with a cold simper. Shannon observed her and nods her head. Astraea ignored further conversation grabbing her outfit when Shannon held her elbow stopping by.
"Why don't to cancel the alliance? You know how your father loves you and we all can clearly see you aren't happy with him." She asked.
"Happy is the last word I will use but yes I liked him until I saw him covered in blood and reality hit my face. He is the most dangerous man in the world. The thought of having a life with me scares me the most. Ares was the most powerful man and I know what happened with Victoria. I don't want to have a life like her."Astraea speaks of her heart and Shannon sighed remembering things.
"Yeah, My father told me when the news of Victoria King's death enveloped me. Ares disappeared since then but László came and he retired from his throne." Shannon agreed.
"I know the fact. László wants me because I make a perfect Empress with a clean background. He doesn't even love me. I want to marry someone who at least cares for me. Love is a distant topic. And László just controls my life cause I am the future Empress. His Future Fortune bearer." Astraea stated coldly standing facing Shannon and She chuckles.
"Well, I have a better escape plan for your Wedding," Shannon says laughing and Astraea's corner lips uplifting watching her. "What?" She inquired.
"Fake your own death," Shannon smirked Astraea rolls her eyes walking and Shannon followed.
"I just thought you will give me the best options." Shannon chuckles holding her arms and walking into the bedroom.
"I just did!"
"Come on let us get ready before Alexander and Jason walks in and say 'Aren't you ready yet!," Astraea mimicked Alexander's tone And Shannon laughed loud. Astraea chuckled and grabs the towel stepping inside the bathroom.
After showering Astraea steps inside the bedroom finding it empty. Her brows creased as she glanced around. The mansion was in pin-drop silence. She decided to check in the living room.
