Chapter Eighteen, London
The next morning, Laszlo drove straight towards the hospital while Astraea sat in silence watching the pathway passing away. He took a glance at her at a time assuring him she was okay. Astraea was all silent. He made sure she slept like a baby last night but it was kinda hard for him to keep her distracted. She was dressed up in a stunning Short sleeve mini-dress, Sheath cut, Form-fitting, Catherine-crafted dress in an upcycled viscose with luxurious stretch.
He stopped the car inside the private parking of the hospital glancing at Hector and standing with Zale and Royal Security all around them. He gets out while Zale opens the door for Astraea. She gets outside and Laszlo wraps his arms around her waist holding her closer. They stepped inside without speaking a word. They get inside the private elevator. Laszlo pulled tight-lipped Astraea into his arms and caressed her nervous arms.
"Everything will be fine." He speaks holding her warm until the elevator rings and stopped opening the door open wide. They stepped outside walking through the foyer on the floor watching security all around the place. Their gaze fell on familiar faces around. Arawn watched Laszlo and Astraea as Astraea stepped directly inside the room. Arawn nods rubbing Laszlo as he walked inside finding Astarae sitting holding her mother's hand crying while Lila tried to hold on to her daughter.
Astraea cried holding Lila's hands against her lips and nodding no to her mother. "It had to happen one day. Just embrace yourself, love. I always wanted to be happy that's why I didn't tell you sooner." Lila explained holding Astarae nodding about not crying. Astraea sobbed uncontrolled holding her mother. Lila pulled Astraea in her arms watching Laszlo. Laszlo stepped closer rubbing Astraea back and nods his head to Lila.
"Everything will be fine," Laszlo speaks while Astraea sobs holding on to her mother. "Take care of her," Lila asked and Laszlo nods his head rubbing Astraea's back and watching her move away watching Lila.
"Are you pregnant?" Lila asked out of nowhere taking Laszlo and Astraea aback as she asked it. Laszlo watched Astraea and nodded negatively to Lila. "Oh, Sorry I kinda felt she is pregnant," Lila speak watching her daughter. Laszlo holds Astraea when his cell phone started ringing. He shifts and takes his cell phone out finding Hector calling. 'What with the call when I am inside?' he wondered and leaves Astraea inside walking outside and finding him standing.
"Anything important?" Laszlo inquired watching Hector. Hector glanced around and leaned to his ears. "President from a few nations wants to meet you. They are here on short notice." He speaks and Laszlo nods his head watching Arawn standing with Elizabeth.
"Go! We'll get through this together," Arawn speaks and Laszlo nods walking away with Hector and his part of security.
Astraea held her mother's hand watching her sleep soundly while Brain stood beside her. Brain rubbed her daughter in warmth when the room door opened and Ares walked inside. "I could be here as soon as I could!" Ares says as he pulled Astraea in his arms holding her together.
