The next day was back to filming. I was dressing myself in the changing room. Today we were filming two scenes in development for Jaiden and Levi; the first was the continuation of them running into each other everywhere, and this time was at a grocery store. The second is an argument in the rain, which may or may not lead to a kiss.

Which I was dreading.

Luckily, the grocery store was first. I was to dress in a T-shirt and athletic shorts that practically rode up my ass. I tied my hair up into a messy ponytail on top of my head, pulling strands out. I did my makeup myself.

Even though I was an actor and was supposed to be pampered after, I hated that kind of attention. I usually did my makeup and hair myself, unless it had to be elaborate. Some directors didn't like it, but Elian told me that it was fine.

After I finished up, I went onto the set, reviewing my script again.

The kiss that Rowen and I had filmed last time was far ahead in the movie - close to the end. Movies are always filmed out of order, typically depending on the day and convenience.

Today, we were filming the grocery store scene, which was earlier in the movie, and then Jaiden and Levi's very first kiss, which was shortly after the grocery store in the plot line.

Rowen came up to me and tried not to stiffen as he sat next to me. I looked up at him. "What?" I deadpanned.

"Wow, I just love being around you. Your exuberance is intoxicating," he said sarcastically.

"I know." I let my eyes fall back onto my script.

"So... you excited?"

"No."

He chuckled. "Fair enough." Then he sobered up, glancing down at his folded hands. "Look, about yesterday..."

"Let's not talk about it right now, yeah? I need to read over my script."

I saw him swallow, but he nodded. "Sure, yeah. Sorry to bring it up."

"No problem." I faked a smile. "Now, if you could...?"

"Right." He stood and walked away from me, and I finally felt like I could breathe again.

Shortly after he left, Kaly came to sit by me, grinning. "Hey, Alaska."

"Hey!" I put my script to the side, glad to see someone I enjoyed talking to. "How are you?"
