Secret :: Part One

y/n and eddie were laughing together, causing confusion.

"what're you guys so happy about?" robin asked.

"we're together!" eddie smiled sweetly.

"eddie!" y/n laughed.

"what?" he asked, while laughing and looking into y/ns eyes.

"that was supposed to be a secret!" she whisper laughed.

"oh, well it's not anymore." he shrugged.

"god, you're such a dork, eddie munson." y/n smiled, holding her hand out to him.

"and that's why you love me, y/n l/n." he said, grabbing her hand.

robin looked at steve, who was leaning back against a tree, looking down at the ground with glossy eyes.

"you okay?" robin asked as she looked at steve.

"yeah, it's just.." steve sighed.

"just what?" she said with a puzzled look.

steve reached into his pocket and grabbed a small bag with something in it.

robin looked at it as steve emptied the bag, revealing a silver with a heart outline on it.

robin followed steves gaze over to the smiling y/n.

"oh, steve.." robin sighed as she pulled him into a hug where a few tears fell from his eyes.

"i'm sorry." she told him.

"it's okay, i waited too long."

"for what?" y/n asked.

"oh, nothing." steve said, putting the necklace back in the bag.

"okay, well, me and eddie are heading back if you wanna follow." she smiled as she walked back to eddie.

eddie wrapped his arm around her waist as they walked together, smiling.
