Y/N wasn't exactly Nancy Wheeler's favorite friend. Maybe it was because Steve liked her when him and Nancy were dating, or maybe it was that she had a crush on Nancy's current boyfriend; Jonathan.

"Hey.. Jonathan?" Y/N asked.

"Oh, hey, Y/N! What's up?" Jonathan smiled.

"So, I need to tell you something and it's very important."

"Okay?"

"So, uh.. I sort of.." She began.

"I like you, Jonathan."

"Y/N, I'm dating Nancy." He responded.

"Yeah, I know--"

"I used to like you.. When Nancy and Steve were together."

"What?" Y/N felt her face heating up.

"Speaking of Steve... He also liked you. Not sure if he still does, but he did."

( TIME SKIP )

"Steve?" Y/N asked.

"Yeah?" Steve turned around and smiled.

"Uh.. Jonathan told me you used to like me." She met eyes with him.

"Yeah, uh, I did."

"Do.. you still?" She asked and Steve smiled softly. He leaned in and pressed his lips to hers. After a few seconds, he pulled away.

"Does that answer your question?" He asked, making Y/N smile and hug him.

"Yeah, it does."
