3rd Person's POV
Izuku fights back his tears, frowning to himself. He didn't know this was what everyone was thinking... He thought they wouldn't mind after they know he's got a quirk, besides being quirk-less was the basic reason why humans were bullied.
He knew that and he hoped they wouldn't mind his race yet they showed their true colours, didn't they? His vision starts getting blurry as he barely makes out the figures around him walking away, he could make out soft curses echo in his ears.
He harshly screams back "I dont give a fuck! Do whatever you want, okay? Just- just don't come back, wagging your tail like a puppy when one of you lose your limbs or probably even your whole life!" as he lets the tears flow freely.
The entire lobby stares at him, some even talking with each other with their fingers pointed at him, some probably even felt bad for him seeing their sympathetic smiles, the hotel staff run up to them but Alice handles them wisely.
Kaminari, Kirishima and Shinso had already walked away with Todoroki hesitantly following them that's when Izuku noticed... Bakugo?
Katsuki had been standing behind Izuku watching the entire thing unfold, it wasn't his intention to just watch, yet he didn't know how to deal with the situation so he decided to stay silent, probably not worsen the situation too.
Izuku turns around to find Katsuki looking at him, with an expressionless face. "Oh.. Baku- Kacchan, I didnt know you were here." he croaks with hiccups breaking their way inbetween.
"Of course I'm here, I'm not a dumbass like them. They wouldn't understand Izuku, you know that." Katsuki harshly states, glaring daggers at the 4 people who just walked away.
Izuku softly blushes hearing Katsuki use his given name, the blond probably didn't even notice how he addressed Izuku, but it didn't stop the greenette from blushing. Katsuki doesn't even notice it and continues muttering about them.
Katsuki then harshly tugs Izuku towards the elevator, not paying heed to the greenette's protests, once Izuku realises that he can't change Katsuki's mind either way he silently follows Katsuki back to their room.
"Look, don't give a flying fuck about them cause they wouldn't care either way, if they want to get their asses killed, then let's fucking let them."
"Kacchan, we can't do that, they are our teammates." Izuku tries to reason only to be cut off by Katsuki again. Izuku could feel a small smile creeping into his face when he realises how angry Katsuki was.
He couldn't believe it! Katsuki was angry for him? That made no sense! Like the angry part sure, he's always angry, but for him that's new.
"Well not our fault they are stupid, they wouldn't even listen to you! If I were you I would have never cared about them cause they don't fucking matter. Nobody but yourself do, okay?" Katsuki waits for a confirmation from Izuku.
"Yes sir Bakugo!" Izuku giggles warming Katsuki's heart.
"Well, follow the lead, Deku!" Katsuki announces walking over to the kitchen.
"Deku? Is that my nickname, now?" Izuku softly asks a wide smile booming into his lips.
Katsuki stops for a second and curses softly underneath his breath, "I'm sorry I wasn't supposed to reveal that this soon, it was supposed to be a surprise not right after you finish crying and I give a lecture."
"Oh please! It was still perfect but doesn't Deku mean like... stupid or something?"
"Wait- it does? I didn't know that, I thought it meant like could do anything." Katsuki mumbles, taking hold of a spatula and pan as he heats the stove.
"That's Dekiru, I believe." Izuku mumbles scratching his chin
"Oh well, I don't care you're gonna get called Deku and there's nothing you can do about it." he adds with a smirk, pouring oil onto the pan.
The sudden sizzle lightly splashes on Izuku's arms who jerks in response, his black whips popping out instinctively as he hisses and sighs.
"Yo what the hell, why are you getting your tentacles out." Katsuki laughs, seeing Izuku harshly rubbing his arm and pulling the whips back into his body.
"They are not tentacles, they are called black whips and I would prefer it if you call them that way" Izuku mutters.
"Well, unfortunately I don't give a fuck, so here put your tentacles to some use and stir the pan, make sure nothing sticks and forms a lump, okay?" Katsuki order and moves away without waiting for a response.
He goes to the cabinets to find some spices that he bought in Aeëtes, after contemplating for a few minutes he picks them all and brings them to find an unbothered Izuku leaning against the kitchen counter with one whip stirring the gravy in the pot.
Katsuki chuckles, walking over to the tentacle and patting it "Good job tentacle no.1, you can leave now." Izuku watches with a raised eyebrow as he pulls the whip back.
Katsuki without a word starts getting bak to work, adding all the spices in as he nods to himself, constantly checking the smell and taste as Izuku watches
"Kacchan... Kacchan." Izuku whines, tugging at Katsuki's clothes, the blond hums for him to continue.
"Can I get a taste, please?" he whines sniffing the air and looking at the food longingly.
"No." Katsuki pauses making Izuku pout "Not now at least, it's only half cooked." he adds
Izuku happily nods his head as he somehow patiently waits for the food to get ready. Within minutes Katsuki announces that it was ready.
Just as they were about to start eating, they hear frantic knocks on their door. Confused, Katsuki walks up to the door and opens it to reveal Alice.
"Oh Alice? What happened?"
"I... the boys they..." Alice pauses taking huge breaths in between she keeps trying to speak but struggles because of how hard she was breathing.
"Hey, take deep breaths. Not sure how this works for robots but I hope it helps." Katsuki awkwardly adds.
"No! The boys– they are trying to take your spaceship to Hugene."
