Chapter 35

3rd person's POV

Izuku doesn't have time. He genuinely doesn't have any idea on what he's doing cause AFO is already coming up towards him but Izuku's just sitting lifeless next to Katsuki.

He didn't know what to do. Maybe... just maybe this is how it all ends? It's just too sudden for him to catch up on. He should probably give up.

Izuku's unresponsive demeanor confuses AFO, but he keeps up his stance, flinging over to Izuku.

A sleek zap is heard, hitting AFO right in his face, burning part of the skin. But, it's not like there's a literal face, so whatever.

"Are you dumb Midoriya? Get the fuck back up and fight! I'll- I'll collect Bakugo and- and Alice, just don't you fucking dare give up or I'll zap you to death."

Kaminari, he believes, threatens him, pushing him forward and towards AFO, pulling Katsuki away from him and into the spaceship.

"I can't, okay? I just fucking can't! He's the biggest villain known to the entire fucking universe-" Izuku starts blabbering, his mind going crazy.

"When has they ever fucking stopped you though? Dude that's your father for fuck's sake, just kill him or something." Kaminari vaguely scolds him, walking away.

"Just kill him or something? How exactly am I supposed to do that again?" Izuku mumbles to himself, shaking his head.

He knew he was done for. AFO is not someone to joke around with. Hell, they should've realised that sooner. Not after letting two of their friends die.

But no matter what, just like Todoroki, Izuku isn't someone who let's his emotions control him. He had to stay strong, at least for his teammates.

He had a letter from a small boy to be delivered and he fucking promised it'll reach the kid's mother.

The first hit from AFO hurts like a bitch. Izuku should've been more cautious, but now that AFO has done his best, Izuku would show him what he's fucking worth.

"I now understand why you couldn't stay with my mother." Izuku starts, smirking as he wipes the stray blood from the corner of his lips.

"What do you mean?" AFO starts, already getting distracted.

Now Izuku knew where his distractive trait came from. His father is just so easy to distract! No wonder.

"You're just a bitch, I guess. Too into your own ass you couldn't take care of mum." Izuku continues, his words pricking AFO irritatingly.

"I'm your father, Izuku." The man reminds, as if to remember it himself.

"Doesn't seem like it." Izuku answers, smirking when AFO loses control, his quirk glitching.

"Your focus is shit, no wonder I start daydreaming during class, dumbass." Izuku screams, punching AFO hard on his stomach, sending him flying.

"Midoriya, send Todoroki up here. The ars geting too toxic and his flame quirk won't help, the planet's burning up." Kaminari quickly whispers through the intercom, connecting to Izuku's watch.

"I'm busy, Kaminari." Izuku hastily whispers back, running after AFO.

"I'm kinda busy too, I'm like helping Shinso with first aid." Kaminari makes an excuse, forcing Izuku to do it.

"I need to do every single fucking thing here, what even- be a leader? My ass." Izuku grumbles, turning directions and taking off towards where he expected them to be.

Izuku had to keep a constant check on AFO who was slowly trailing behind Izuku, trying to catch up.

"Todoroki! Leave, too dangerous." Izuku yells the moment he sees them. They all looked tired, Dabi had various frost notes and scratches, from Todoroki and Kirishima respectively.

Kirishima thankfully pulls Todoroki away, who was slightly protesting, but gives up when he feels the thick atmosphere.

Within a split second, Izuku moves away, narrowly missing a huge slash from AFO which ends up hitting Dabi, who falls down unconscious.

"Ah! Fuck your reflexes, idiot!" AFO curses, throwing a series of punches on Izuku.

Izuku too, starts giving them back. Rebounding a few attacks with his airy quirk. His black whips too peak out a little, but not much since he couldn't control them that well.

"I fucking hate you." AFO grunts a few minutes into the fight, shaking his head.

"The feeling is fucking mutual." Izuku whispers back to AFO, taking this to an advantage.

"Catch you in space Midoriya, the air is ruining our fuel." Kaminari's voice is heard through the intercom again.  

He had to end this fight now. If he didn't, he wouldn't be able to catch up with the spaceship.

Coming up with a one for all idea, Izuku powers up again. This time, he flies as high as he can within a second. About 20 feet from the ground.

He then drops down towards AFO, punching him towards the ground breaking it into two as AFO falls into a pit in the ground.

The planet was breaking apart, giving way to the volcano that's arising.

Izuku was so glad the atmosphere in this planet wasn't affecting him, it sure affected others, especially Todoroki because of his quirk.

Izuku jumps the highest he ever has, pushing past a lot of trees on his way. The spaceship was hovering just about 50 feet above the ground, waiting for Izuku.

With his quirk, he reaches about 45 feet, then Todoroki helps with his ice quirk, pulling him up through the dock which was then open so he could enter.

"Thank you, Todoroki. Who's driving?" Was Izuku's first question.

He didn't want an amateur to drive a huge spaceship like Voyager 32. Not only was it hard to drive, but if anything broke, Izuku has literally no idea on how to fix it.

"Kaminari. He's at the control panel." Kirishima says, right behind Todoroki.

Suddenly, the spaceship soars into space, escaping Hugene's atmosphere as early as possible, nearly knocking out the three standing at the dock.

Kaminari had already set the coordinates, or so Izuku believed. The were at the max speed, Izuku and others peep out of the window, watching Hugene explode, sending suspended particles through space.

Lyria's shield like outer covering helps block them, just like how a lot of planets had done.
