Chapter 37

3rd person's POV

"She's as good as new!" Izuku announces a couple hours later, walking into the dining room with Alice on a rolling chair, still lifeless.

The team hadn't gotten a chance to start for earth again because their team leader got a little busy. Kaminari wasn't licensed to drive so he couldn't do anything much further.

Besides, they all thought having a small break after the fight would help in their recovery.

The team was currently back in Aeëtes, letting Kaminari play games and win tokens to exchange them for repair materials needed for Alice.

Needless to say, they were having a lot of fun, besides, this was probably the last day at Andromeda Nebula for them, they would probably never cross paths again.

"Why is she not moving though?" Kirishima immediately questions, leaning forward to inspect her better.

The new Alice, looked like an upgraded version of the old one. The old one had a pale complexion with bright blonde hair. But now, she had a tan complexion with brown hair.

She looked pretty much the same except for the colour change. Apparently Izuku couldn't find pale artificial skin, so he thought it would be better to completely change the skin.

Her hair was also too damaged due to Dabi's quirk, so he switched then up too.

"No battery, I didn't charge her yet." Izuku replies, plugging her to the charger. It connected at her left wrist and actually charged pretty fast.

Katsuki was finally approved and released out of the med bay by Dr. Todoroki that day so people were swarming him, asking him if he was doing alright.

"You guys are dating?" Kaminari squeals, watching them be all lovey-dovey with each other, "When did this happen?"

"Around the time when we were looking for fuel? The jelly place? Yeah, that's when it happened." Izuku shyly responds, already blushing as Katsuki turns away, flustered.

"You guys are still in your early relationship phase! Aww, how adorable!" Kaminari continues.

"Early phase? There are phases in a relationship?" Izuku immediately asks curiously.

"Mhm, you are shy around each other and gentle kisses and touches, you know. The more you climb up the phases," Kaminari starts, then leans down towards them to whisper, "the better it gets."

Kaminari walks away giggling, watching as Kirishima and Todoroki chuckle at Izuku and Katsuki's beet red faces.

"I can't believe I owe Alice money." Kaminari dreamily adds. Before Izuku could snap about

"Why do you owe me money again?" A familiar voice is heard, the others immediately snap their head towards it.

"Alice! You're fully charged!" Kirishima exclaims, walking over to her, but gets bumped into when Todoroki speeds past them, reaching Alice first.

"Rude." Kirishima mumbles, rubbing his arms where Todoroki collided into him.

"Hey, your remember me, right?" Todoroki questions first, his eyes getting a little teary as Alice holds his cheeks. He was kneeling down infront of Alice who was confusedly seated on the chair.

"Of course, love. Why wouldn't I?" Alice asks, pulling Todoroki into a kiss as she stands from her place, pulling Todoroki with her.

"Bleh" Shinso comments, already walking away to get Alice some snacks.

After a completely public make out, Kaminari and Alice get to have their besties bonding time with Kaminari explaining Izuku and Katsuki's relationship.

"Why were you guys so late? I thought you were dating before the fluctuating gravity incident." Kaminari whines, handing over Alice the bet money with a huge pout on his face.

"It doesn't matter, it's just... I'm happy we are all back together and- it just feels nice, you know? Like, back as a full team."

The entire team sighs, getting ready to have a good night's sleep, they are gonna be back for the voyage the next day and it needed a lot of rest and energy, just in case someone pulled a Hugene again.

"How are you feeling, Alice?" A voice disturbs them. Izuku smiles when he realises it was Katsuki. Todoroki simply chuckles before getting up for a cup of coffee.

"Mostly good. My memory is a little hazy and glitchy though." Alice complains, playfully patting her brain.

"Your memory chip is a little fried, nothing we can't fix but I would rather do it in Earth cause we have better resources there." Izuku explains to her, getting a cup of coffee from Todoroki.

"Is that coffee?" Katsuki immediately questions, stopping Izuku from taking a sip.

"Uh- yes, do you want one?" Todoroki asks, confused.

"Nope, because even Izuku isn't going to have one." Katsuki sternly says, grabbing Izuku's cup and taking it away.

"Wha- Kacchan! I need my caffeine!" Izuku whines, slowly slumping onto the chair before lazily walking behind him.

"I'm not letting my insomniac boyfriend have a cup of coffee before he's supposed to sleep."

"But- it's my lifeline!" Izuku complains, gasping when he sees Katsuki pour it down the drain.

"What am I then?" Katsuki questions, sitting up on the slab of the kitchen, looking at him with a raised eyebrow.

"Kacchan- is that what this is about?"

"No, I just didn't want you to have coffee before bed."

"Kacchan, I'm used to having coffee at night." Izuku explains walking over to Katsuki with a pout on his face.

"Maybe that's why you're insomniac." Katsuki remarks, pulling Izuku by his wrist and wrapping his arms around Izuku's shoulders.

"Probably." Izuku mindlessly comments, leaving down to place a soft peck on Katsuki's lips.

Katsuki smiles and pulls him back in, kissing him properly.

It felt right. To be in each other's arms, basking in the warmth and... It felt like this was meant to be. They fit so good with each other, Izuku couldn't have asked for anything better.

They hear shuffling outside the kitchen, and then the sounds of lights turning off. The others probably went to bed then, giving Izuku and Katsuki some privacy.

"Maybe we should turn in too." Izuku comments, pulling Katsuki off the slab as they make their way towards their respective rooms.

"Good night broccoli." Katsuki comments and runs away, laughing, before Izuku could say something back.
