3rd person's POV

It's been over a couple minutes since the artificial gravity was restored and people got back to doing their own stuff as usual.

Shinso and Izuku had finished speaking about the boring resource stuff by then too. Shinso had recommended going to more planets to find liquid nitrogen, or at least anything similar to it.

"Oh.. hey Bakugo." Izuku softly greets, walking into the lounge to find Katsuki working on the hologram machine which had burnt when they first reached.

Katsuki grunts in acknowledgement, his focus completely on the work in hand. It's not necessary, of course, but Katsuki enjoyed small things like these.

"It's the hologram..?" Izuku questions, pointing at the thing in Katsuki's hand.

Katsuki slowly looks up, his eyes still half emersed into it. He softly nods when he follows Izuku's eyes to his hand.

"Why so suddenly, Bakugo?" Izuku questions, pulling in a chair for him to sit as he peaks into Katsuki's hands.

"Nothing much. Just felt like doing it." Katsuki replies, his teeth gritted in focus, hardly paying attention to Izuku who was fiddling with the tools that were laying around.

"Is that all?" Izuku roughly asks, starting to build something small himself, just stacking bolts over each other.

He immediately frowns when Katsuki reaches over for a bolt and accidentally knocks over the stack he was building. Katsuki looks over a gives an apologetic smile.

"Yeah that's all. I like to do something random to get my mind off things." Katsuki vaguely whispers, tightening the bolts that were sticking out.

"Your mind off things?" Izuku questions again and Katsuki could literally hear the gears turn in his head, yet he doesn't reply back.

"You do know that you can talk to me if you ever need any help, right? You can think of me as your personal therapist?"

Katsuki grunts in response making Izuku giggle at the now often used response from Katsuki.

Izuku somehow finds himself letting his hand thread through Katsuki's hair.

Katsuki completely freezes when he feels Izuku's warm hands on his scalp, it was quite the weird feeling, yet.. it felt nice.

Izuku notices how stiff Katsuki looked making him pull away his hands in embarrassment with a soft blush.

Izuku looks away making Katsuki chuckle to himself.

"You do know I don't mind you playing with my hair, right? You did say it felt like velvet." Katsuki whispers, getting back to work.

"You don't mind?"

Katsuki shakes his head in response.

"Does that mean I get to play with your hair at anytime?" Izuku immediately questions with wide curious eyes.

"I guess so, I don't really care besides it feels nice when you do it." Katsuki casually shrugs, not flinching when he feels Izuku's hands on his hair again.

Katsuki finds himself softly melting as Izuku kept doing whatever he was doing. Soon, the hologram was ready and Katsuki had Izuku to fix it in place for him.

Katsuki wasn't allowed to touch the control panel, unless and otherwise he was given permission from the engineer or captain, both of them being Izuku.

Once fixed, Izuku and Katsuki turn it on, in hopes of finding something. A small spark ignites, as if a hologram was popping up, yet it dies away.

Katsuki and Izuku sigh softly, turning it off and walking away.

Soon, it turns late. They don't have a sun to know if it's a day or night, it's just eternal night for them because Andromeda galaxy does not have a sun.

It has a lot of stars, just like Milky Way, but nothing significantly huge so the spaceships stayed in dark most of the time.

Group 94 started their exam at around 9-9:30 pm back home (since they were the last group) right now it was about 2 in the night according to the earth timing.

Since they all had quite a long day, especially after nearly 4 hours at Aeëtes, everyone was worn out, everyone except Izuku.

Izuku had insomnia and preferred studying in the night as a distraction and because he could usually concentrate better during the night.

He strode up to the study pod-- a grey themed room with beautiful lightings and book shelves. It had a simple table too, where Izuku sat down and started sketching some designs.

Time passes by without his notice, he picks up his phone to check it and..

"FUCK!! GUYS!! ALL OF YOU WAKE UP NOW!" Izuku screams through the hallways, effectively waking everyone in the ship.

They all come running into the study room to find Izuku, his eyes filled with tears, holding up his phone.

"What happened Midoriya?" Todoroki questions, walking inside the study pod and peeking into Izuku's notes only to find some sketches.

"What happened? Why did you scream?" Shinso questions and Izuku shakily shows his phone.

Everything looked quite normal, except for the date.. it was more than 2 years from the time they left earth.

"I still don't understand your point?" Kaminari asks looking at him quizzically.

Izuku chokes out a sob and cries, "Time is faster in space! By the time we were here its already been 2 years in earth!"

Katsuki and the others stand frozen, each slowly slipping out of their trance and letting tears freely roll down their face.

1 hour in space is 7 years in earth, it's the basic law that space related movies talk about. Yet as days passed and technology developed to a point where we can travel through space in a flash, this fact is often looked over.

"I suppose the speed of time was different in Aeëtes because we've been here for hours yet only 2 years had passed in earth. Aeëtes either had the same time movement as earth or probably even slower." Izuku whispers, rubbing his eyes and sniffling.

"What does this mean now?" Kirishima questions, aggressively wiping away his tears.

"We should stay in a planet with similar time as earth to avoid this from happening. Quick someone!  Check the speed of time in other planets here and get back to me as soon as you can." Izuku orders, waking back to the control panel and gearing up into his space suit.
