Chapter 39- Looking forward to not see you

"Let's not see each other anymore." He told me as I nod my head, I've worked in this filed before so I know what's the meaning of this. 

I should really be careful not to end up here at the hospital. 

Kuya just finished a surgery, and now he will accompany ate Maya for their monthly check up. It was already in the evening when Lawyer Belgica messaged me regarding the land I bought at alabang. All papers are all settle, pwede na daw magsimula bukas. She already contact the company where James' is working. They say it would take up to six months to three years to finally build. 

Hindi naman ako nagmamadali, but I hired many workers  para mabilis matapos, so we could moved in and we could expand the team. 

I rolled my eyes over this paper works in front of me. Kailan ko ba kayo matatapos? There are a lot of pending paper works I need to finish this month. Days and days passed too quickly. Nang matapos ang shoot namin from germany, there a re a lot of clients and even agents. 

I stretched may arms for a while and looked at the calendar. There is a charity event I'll be going, sa gabi pa naman 'yon and at the morning I have a meeting with the limvation. 

"Fucking this papers." Yamot na sabi ko. Pumasok si Dren sa opisina ko at nagbigay na naman ng paper works. It's our new project I need to sign, of course I need to look over hindi pwedeng pirma pirma lang ang ginagawa ko dito. 

"Kalma, may pipirmahan ka pa. May pinapa follow up pa ako sa mga creative producers." Binigyan ako ng maliit na ngiti ni Dren. I dreamt of being a producer, a lot of ideas coming on my neutrons, but the hell bakit adami kong iniisip? Yes, I like to sign sign papers, but I don't what to think. 

During the lunch, Aney invited us at a fancy restaurant- western food pa rin. Susukatan na pala kami ng mga gowns, few weeks from now she'll be married, again. They'll be having a beach wedding at maldives. Mabilsi lang naman daw gumawa ng gowns ang nakuha nila for their wedding. Their theme is brown. 

"Oh, bakit ganiyan ka kumain?" Eisen asked me, yes the food is good. I won't deny it.

"Working is horrible. Parang gusto ko nalang uli pumunta ng swiss." Sabi ko habang pinag lalaruanan ang tinidor ko. Narinig ko ang bahagyang tawa ni Chard at nilagyan ako ng isang slice ng pizza, kahit hindi ko pa naman ubos ang kinuha ko kanina. 

"Si Thala nga nakayanan at a very early age. Kaya mo rin 'yan. Ako soon to be a CEO. Maliit na art gallery lang naman." I nod at Eisen's idea. I should be really thankful that I have this kind of business. Kahit naman siguro tumigil ako sa pag tratrabaho may kikitain pa rin naman ako, but they still need me. A lot of people needs my guidance, hindi pwedeng uupo nalang ako at papanoorin sila. 

"Sino ang susunod na ikakasal?" I asked napaubos si Eisen, mukang nag proposed na si pareng Andrew. I smiled at her widely and avoided my gaze. 

"Mukang nag propose na nga." Malaki ang ngisi ni Aney kay Eisen. 

"Bakit feeling ko si Chard ang susunod?" I chuckled, hindi pa nga sila nag co-comeback ni Kylie, wala rin akong alam na girlfriend ni Chard. 

"Hindi pa nag pro-po-pose.." Mahinag sabi ni Eisen. She looked shy, kaya tumawa kami. 

"Umaasa." Pangaasar ni Chard, pero agad naman siyang nabara ni Eisen. 

James informed me that by june we could moved in to the building. Since mabilis sila gumawa but the third floor and the fourth floor won't be done yet, baka by next year pa raw. 

After we eat, nagpa sukat na ami ng damit, ang bongga naman talaga ng kasalan nila Aney. They really deserve this kind of wedding. Pagkatapos itago sa buong mundo ang kasal nila?!
