"My love, thank you for finding a reason to stay with me despite of those many reasons to leave." Kuya's wedding vow. I can't help but to tear up, after many challenges they've faced and I could say I'm one of those. Yet, they remain to be together until the end.
During the photo shoot for the bride and groom's friends and family. I went beside Christian, to see if everything goes well. Before the day of my brother's wedding I hired two more people to help Christian and the business is growing slowly by slowly.
Yin is one of our camera man he graduated at a state university, she's under the training with Christian dahil fresh graduate lang naman. While Elijah has a year experience with camera shooting. He'll be in charge in the laptop kung tama ba ang angle na kukuhanan for the video.
"You could zoom in a little dahil konti lang naman sila." Christian said ganoon naman ginawa ng babae. I smiled, Christian is really good.
In a span of a month I was able to outgrew my business with the help of Christian. And, in a month I was able to gain a lot of profits our family is getting bigger so we need to find a bigger space hindi naman pwede sa condo ko.
"What do you think?" I asked Christian while we're here at the office building.
"It's huge..." I chuckled.
"We're already four and I'm planning to add more people hindi naman kakayanin na apat lang tayo. We have a lot of clients." I told him and rolled my eyes. We both agree that we'll be renting this office. Lawyer Belgica is also with us, I always bring her whenever I will sign up a contract. I saw a few friends of mind loosing moneys and I don't want that to happen to me. So I really need to be careful.
"That will be my office, then that'll be the editing room. Tas sa office ko nalang tayo mag conference." I told him, and he all agree with my ideas.
We'll be going to ikea to buy some staff for the office. "Sure ka ba sa sweldo ko?" Christian asked me ask nod my head.
"Assistant Director lang naman ako. Beginner pa lang sa company mo, pero bakit pang manager na ang sweldo ko?" I giggled.
"Sira, 'yon naman ang nasa agreement natin. I just wrote than the average salary, but we had many client for a month so you deserve to be treated like that. Hindi ako lugi." I told him.
Day passed by Day. Nagpa blessing rin ako for this rented office, more clients to come and for me to outgrow this business of mine.
Bit by bit, we're getting there. Dumadami ang mga team ko. Nagkaroon rin ako ng accounting department, and sales and marketing department..
our shoots are full of debut, wedding, christianing, commercials. I think it's time to make a movie. Dahil wala namang nangyayari sa mga sinusulat ko, ako nalang ang gagawa. I went to a pub house to self-pub one of my stories.
"I think we should hire a producers and writer." I told them while we're having a conference meeting. They all agree with me, it's time to step with a new chapter. Hindi pwedeng for shooting debut, commercials lang kami.
Few hours passed, and Christian knocked the door at my office. He showed me the laptop.
"Remember Dren?" He asked while I'm reading his email.
"It was posted a few hours ago, right?" I asked him, as I scan his resume.
He still has a current job, a producer at AMH Company. My brows furrowed. Malaking kumpanya 'to ah?
I texted him to proceed at our office tomorrow 9am.
"Ang gaganda at ang gagaling ng mga ideas niyo nung senior high. Mas lagi mo lang siyang nalalamangan." Siniko ko siya at pumasok na ang ibang team members para sa meeting namin. I told them that we'll shoot our first and ever movie. I fixed a few papers already few days ago, that's why I'm hiring a producer to help me out here.
