Epilogue (part two)

"Excuse me?" tinaasan niya ako ng isang kilay, but that didn't caught me off guard. She has something I can't explain. 

"Dami-daming upuan eh" I heard her murmured, Tumungo ako at kinuha ang milktea. I should pay for this, since basta ko nalang 'to kinuha.

"I'm yours" what the heck?! bakit ko sinabi 'yon? Never in my life ako naging ganitong ka-landi. Even to my ex flings, hindi. I'm really casual with them, kaya baka hindi nag work. 

To my surprise, she was Eisen's friend. I think the one that called her earlier. Sakaniya pala dapat ang milktea, so I gave her an apologetic smile. 

"Ghorl! What a lucky woman" Nag ship na siya sa 'min. Bet ko 'yan. Hindi ko alam na kilala na pala ako sa school nila? Ganoon yata kalakas ang appeal ko? I guess, I do. 

"I have a game tomorrow at 10am, I'll pay you back later" I said and went out, malapit na rin kasi ang first game namin. 

It's easy to reach her out, kilala naman na 'ko ni Eisen, because of Andrew. Ang ganda ng ngiti ni Andrew nang makita ako, pero agad naman 'yon nabawi nang malaman na dapat kay Eisen 'tong milktea. 

"GO, WIS!!!" Habang naglalaro kami ay paminsan-minsan ay naririnig ko ang pangalan ko galing sa mga fans, may mga kasamang banners pa. 

We won the first game, kay Andrew na ako sumabay dahil pagod rin ako, kaya umuwi nalang kami ng maaga. 

Andrew's family must be rich. There's a brand new car for Andrew. Ito ang gagamitin niya for his stay here. 

I even messaged Eisen to help me with Ashey. Agad naman niya ako inasar. I gave her the tciket. Naka ilang kulit pa ako kay coach, para makahingi ng ticket. I hope she would come to the game tomorrow. 

"Wala pa rin." Sabi ni Andrew habang nasa bleachers namin. I look out to the crowd, to find her but there was no sign of her. Hindi ko nga rin alam bakit ko siya hinahanap, we barely kno each other. 

A love at first sight? 

I guess she had forgotten about me, or she was busy. Nabanggit ni Eisen na busy siya sa pagbebenta dahil sa leader nila. 

Sponsored ang lunch namin, nagpahinga muna kami dahil may next game pa kami mamaya. Laban sa IJIS. There's a high chance na pumunta si Ashey, dahil varsity ang kaibigan niya. 

Andaming taong nanonood ngayon, lalo na at ang IJIS ang kalaban namin. Before the game, hindi ko siya makita. So, i really did loose hope. 

Nag time out kami "Mendez, ano na ang nangyayari sa 'yo?!"of course our coach scolded me. I need to pull my shit together. 

My face blooms when I see her in crowd, cheering for her school. At least she's here. But what saddens me is kay Brent pa yata siya nagkagusto. Kaya masama ang tingin ko sakaniy. 

"Parang hindi naman si Ashey 'yan."but what heck is my problem? Kung gusto ko siya bakit hindi ko siya ligawan o gumalaw ako?! I don't even know why.

"Jace galaw galaw." I thought they wouldn't notice, but the hell dude. 

"Make a move. Baka sa 'kin ang bagsak." Mas lalo akong nainis sa sinabi ni Brent. 

Whatever this is, baka for short term lang. Bago sumakay uli sa barko si dady ay mag ta-tagaytay kami sa isang bulalohan. 

"How was the game?" my mom asked while we're waiting for someone. 

"It's great. We won so far, hindi pa kami natatalo. Hopefully, kami ang mag champion." I told them. I'm already hungry but their daughter is not yet here, kaya nag kwentuhan muna sila. I know their son Kuya Devin, he's already a college student, inspiring doctor in the future. Nag babasketball rin. We play before, but that was years ago. Hindi ko na nga natandaan kaialan kami naglaro, basta naglaro kami.
